### 5/5 — Easy and thorough

*2026-03-16*

We’ve used mice for my son and now myself. It’s so easy to set up and there have always been appointments available in a reasonable time frame. We’ve always had exceptional care from our caregivers and they’ve always been great at explaining what we have going on. Would highly recommend this service!

### 5/5 — Shingles

*2026-03-10, version 3.6*

Dr. Mary Redwine is absolutely the best. She took excellent care of me and has followed up through my painful experience with shingles in my eye and surrounding areas. If I could I’d give 10 stars!!

### 5/5 — Excellent patient care

*2026-03-04*

I met with PA – C, Kathryn Huber, this morning for a virtual exam. She was prompt, exceptionally thorough, and was able to establish an in person visit for me, at my office, with a provider later this afternoon. The NICE healthcare option is very accessible - thank you for this virtual offering and for offering provider visits at the workplace and at home.

### 5/5 — Really NICE!

*2026-02-17*

My Nurse Practioner Carolyn was punctual, professional, courteous, and sympathetic. She listened well and was knowledgeable about which meds would/would not work for my range of symptoms. She explained how she determines the diff between bacterial and viral infections. I appreciated that she gave me more than one option for treating my cold and cough which had morphed into a bad sinus infection. I began to feel hopeful again. I loved not having to drive to a clinic and wait. I feel confident with Carolyn’s recommendations.

### 5/5 — Literally the best

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Lack of security

*2026-08-11, version 3.11*

Crazy we’re in 2026 and the app doesn’t have a MFA option for security. You’d think patient data privacy is important.

### 1/5 — Very disappointing

*2026-02-15, version 3.5*

Every time I try to use it there is no appointment, my boss told me to use nice but you guys don’t care.

### 1/5 — Forced Gender Identification

*2025-12-10, version 3.3.1*

They ask for your assigned sex, then your gender… I don’t care that they do that, but they force me to answer. I do not want to answer the question or have gender identification forced upon me. The question should be optional to answer or you should have a “I prefer not to answer this question” option to choose.

### 1/5 — Stopped working with the latest update

*2024-07-09, version 2.19*

Ever since the early July update, I get the spinning wheel under the appointments section, and when I try to contact support it won’t let me because it says no patient is selected.

### 1/5 — Plenty of room for improvement

*2023-03-28*

The service itself is amazing, but the app needs work. The app signs you out every day and requires you to sign back in by entering your email and then if you have it saved to iCloud Keychain you can sign in with touch/Face ID. I’d much rather be able to just open the app and have it scan my face and get me straight into the app. Other than that, scheduling an appointment can me tiring and cumbersome. They ask a LOT air questions. For the initial intake appointment I can understand there being a lot of questions as they need to be caught up to speed with your current medical state, but even just to request an OTC cold medicine, I spent over 20 minutes filling out question after question, only to be greeted with the fact that they didn’t have any appointments available today anyway; chat or video. I understand that there are only so many care providers that can only see so many people on a given day but the least they could do is tell me up front what their availability is so I didn’t have to waste half an hour filling out question after question just to end up canceling it altogether. I realize (and greatly appreciate!) that this is a completely free service and I can’t thank Nice enough for that, but there’s a LOT they can do to make this better.

**Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to rate our app and share your valuable feedback about the sign in and scheduling features. We’re working hard to continually improve the app experience and will be sure to take your feedback into account. We appreciate your support and hope you’ll continue to turn to Nice for care.

### 1/5 — Terrible app experience

*2023-03-24*

The app hasn’t been improved in 2.0. Still can’t use password manager to enter username/email. Authentication method after successful auth has been saved to iCloud Keychain, but that isn’t helpful because it doesn’t use face/touch ID. The process to set up an appointment is incredibly time consuming and cumbersome. Too many questions are asked. The app also doesn’t have a clue if you’ve previously submitted a general health profile in the past. They expect the user to know that. It asks if you had blood work done in the last couple years then when you answer yes you’re given a text box to enter the results of those tests. Those results are in multiple multi-page documents. That’s not a copy/paste affair. It even asks questions that were answered when registering a patient. Like age group, sex, etc. why are so many already answered questions asked again? You have my birthdate. You know my age. It’s just so weird.

**Developer response:** Hi there - Thanks for using Nice and taking the time to share your feedback about the 2.0 release. While we’re excited about the new release, we’re hard at work on continued improvements to the app and will be sure to use your feedback to inform our roadmap. We appreciate your support hope you’ll continue to turn to Nice for care.

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2022-11-23, version 1.73.0*

Just went through a process where I answered at least 50 questions for my daughter only to reach the point where I can’t get an appointment for 5 days, so it was a complete waste of my time. Also, every time I open the app I have to log in. It does not save login info which is really frustrating.

### 2/5 — Buggy app denies coverage

*2026-07-12, version 3.10*

My spouse had no problem from an Android phone so I decided I should get around to signing up for myself (since it's my employer's coverage). I was shocked to find I was denied, because my coverage "couldn't be verified". When I checked my account details I discovered the app had advanced the month, day and year of my date-of-birth by exactly two each, which I can guarantee is not what I had entered; I might have issues, but I know my own birthday. :) So, unlike my spouse's seamless Android experience, I can't make use of the care my employer is paying for because I'm in some sort of "unverified" limbo with no response from Nice Healthcare Support. If you're paying for this service, which promises to be really useful, make sure you set it up well in advance of when you might need it in case you're caught by an app error that breaks your account.

### 2/5 — App log in bug

*2026-05-12, version 3.8*

Makes me reset password instead of log in every time. Please fix! Wonderful service otherwise

### 2/5 — Yearly exams, total fail on setting appt. Not first time.

*2026-04-06, version 3.6*

I asked for 2 days anytime, two weeks after they tell you to send dates that work, crickets until I ask again Andrea then they are scheduled out of my date preferences.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Easiest Healthcare Option

*2026-07-09, version 3.10*

Having a video call and the practitioner come to me saved me so much time and money. Nice Healthcare should be top-of-mind in non-emergency situations!
