한 1-2년 전 리뉴얼 되면서 앱에 안되는 기능이 너무 많아져 꼭 컴퓨터를 켜야하는 번거로움이 많습니다. 주차장 특성 상 당장 확인 또는 해결해야 하는 민원이 대부분인데 앱에 기능이 너무 없으니 업무 외 시간이거나 잠시 외부에 있을 시 굉장히 불편합니다. (정기권 오직 차량번호로만 검색 가능, 영수증/웹할인 적용여부 조회 불가 등)
민원 넣으니 앱은 보조 수단일 뿐 웹으로 해야한다고 답변하던데 그렇다면 관리자가 365일 24시간 내내 컴퓨터를 소지하고 다녀야한다는 말 밖에 안됩니다. 앱 활용성이 매우 떨어져 나이스파크랑 재계약 안 할 예정입니다.
