## What is NiceMood?

The NiceMood APP integrates traditional Chinese medicine theories and Western art psychology, including three modules: emotional regulation, self-cultivation and music prescription, which regulates the user's emotional and psychological state to achieve the purpose of improving health and alleviating diseases.
