I love niche online Pilates because it’s easy to do anywhere and so versatile. I can do a full length workout or a 5-15 minute one when in a pinch. Whether it’s a 40 minute or 15 minute workout it’s always so effective and makes my body feel so good! I’m feel so energized and motivated after taking a class!!

I recently discovered Niche Pilates Online and decided to give it a go. It has been a game changer for me, I see improvements in core stability, flexibility and overall strength. I boulder pretty consistently and noticed a difference in my climbs after I started doing Pilates. My favorite workout so far has been 30 min Strength: Legs + Core with Joelle🔥🔥🔥

I love that Niche Pilates focuses on form and alignment. The cueing keeps me connected to my body, focused on making sure I’m practicing the movements correctly. 

That’s one of the reasons I’ve always enjoyed going to classes in person, I want to make sure I’m doing the exercises correctly. With NPO I can practice anyway knowing I’m working out and truly doing something good for my body.

I’m a male that is new to Pilates and found this app to be a great place to start! I started with the mat workouts and was interested in the reformer workouts, so I purchased a cheap machine online and can’t believe how much better my body feels. As someone with achy joints because of Lyme disease, this app has allowed me to build strength through the challenging yet low-impact workouts that are so easily accessible.

I always find myself in a pickle because I love to be coached through a workout (too lazy to make myself count those reps), but am also a cueing snob! I hate it when instructors are too peppy, or too slow, or clearly don’t know enough about correct form in order to safely set up an exercise. I tried out Niche online and VOILA! The best of everything! 🙌🤩 The workouts have a great flow, Joelle & Jaclyn give brief but informative instruction, and the moves are challenging but provide lots of options along the way for modifying or amplifying. I love that they have a wide variety of short, focused workouts as well as lengthier ones. Definitely worth the investment!
