I’m not all all impressed that you stopped taking ApplePay and now require me to save an old fashioned insecure credit card number in the app. It’s 2026. This is unacceptable.

This app needs work. Only downloaded because we were informed it was the only way to create a rewards account but the app is very limited. I would like the option to view the menu without having to go through setting up an order. I don’t like that they don’t include the item descriptions/ingredients list for each product. In order to see what ingredients are in the food items, you have to scroll to modification section, but again you can only see this as if you’re ordering something. Since we didn’t have the rewards account for our initial order, I was hoping that like other food apps, I would be able to upload our receipt info to earn points and no option for that. If you don’t order through the app or scan your barcode, no earned points for you. This app would benefit so much from some improvements. Not sure of it’s worth keeping it.

First off, they don’t have a iPad size screen. They’ve got a great website, they should just put it in the app.  But this is the phone size screen only.  But what really teed me off with they require a 10 freaking character password for a freaking café.

This app is a nightmare for using the loyalty points that you accrue from buying their food. It is completely not intuitive and a nightmare to navigate.

I don't know what to think about this app. I try to redeem my dessert then end up losing it. So this happened twice when I tried redeeming my dessert...next thing I know... I can't find it anymore." It's a waste of my hard earned points.

As the title states, this app seems as if it was created by a high school student as a summer project and it received an “F”.
I wish you can upload screenshots so you can see exactly what I am talking about but I will just try to explain.

1) You cannot browse the menu without selecting a location.

2) You cannot save a location as a favorite or a default location. You always have to select a location.

3) No pictures of the food 🤦‍♂️once you get to a menu.

4) When you select an item, without a picture mind you, there is no description of the food.

5) No nutritional information when you select an item.

I can go on and on!

Why would a company release an app that has so many issues. Who oversaw this apps development and who approved it for release?

In summary, no menu to browse without selecting a location, cannot save a location as a favorite or default, no pictures of the food, no description of the food and no nutritional information.

EXTREMELY poor user interface and experience.

I am writing a review and hope that the company will see this and improve the app. I love the food however the font is so small on the app that it’s very hard and hurtful to read the blue is not Vision friendly. I thought it was only me, but as I spoke to friends and Family. Everyone has the same problem. No one could clearly read any options on the app. This actually does make a world of a difference for Nick the Greek because they are losing a lot of clients that would really want to order, but can’t.

Everytime I try to get my password it never sends me the link. I try to register thinking maybe it doesn’t have my number or email and it says it has both so it won’t let me register so I am unable to use their app.

App team, have you actually tried viewing your app from a cell phone? I can’t make the text larger and I can’t zoom in on the menu pictures. It’s actually hurting my face trying to order… so I won’t be ordering. 

Owners, don’t you think selling a $13 dollar falafel gyro is a bit predatory? Another reason I won’t be ordering.

Keeps logging me out. Requires me to enter a credit card instead of just using Apple Pay. Didn’t remember my old previous orders. Super frustrating. Almost went to Chipotle app instead.

I just downloaded the app because I was interested in rewards tracking. Unfortunately when I try to open the app it immediately crashes and closes out. Hope it gets fixed cause i like the food!!

Downloaded the app in hopes to see the menu. However once downloaded it kept crashing every time I clicked the app not even once was I able to open it. I restarted my phone no luck. Terrible

Every Nick the Greek I've been to, employees don't know what to do when it comes to the app. I tell them I have it and they don't have a scanner to scan my account number. Then I try give them my phone number and nothing pops up for them. Just a complete waste of time, it's like they don't want people earning points for loyalty.
