Rewards won’t work and the workers provided 0 support trying to fix it just said I was out of luck

2-3 times now the employees at Nico’s Bagels are extremely rude, disgusting people who attack the customer, refuse to do their job and put their own livelihood at risk. They will have to find a new job if this harassment continues since they flaunt being racist towards white people. Being attacked everytime I go to simply pick up my food I won’t stand for it any more. I’ve one stared on every review site and feel completely disrespected and I’m disappointed by your staffs behavior!

the place is good and the food is great the only problem is the points, you can spend $20 and only get 3 or 4 points which doesnt make sense to me, so as far as points go the app is pretty useless unless you’re ordering online

I’ve been to Nico’s several times and it’s always amazing. Good luck trying to eat just one. Staff is awesome.
