Please can you amend the order time in busy periods so we aren’t waiting nearly twice the advised time? Would reduce the chasing phonecalls and annoyed customers. It’s not just Christmas when this happens so a more accurate waiting time instead of always one hour would be very useful. If it’s always saying one hour then it’s not usable. Thanks!
