I cancelled my subscription 6 months ago after unknowingly signing up for auto-renewal. (No issues- I emailed and cancelled immediately).  They replied that they could not refund me the $39.99 (that old trick) but that I would be taken off auto-renewal and that my subscription was cancelled after the period I just paid.   

Well 6 months later I  got hit with a new fraudulent and unauthorized renewal fee of $89.99.  

 I provided proof of the prior cancellation and they maintain charge is legitimate???!!!!

You would think that an app that is meant to teach spirituality would have higher moral standards. Sickening!!!

I opted in for the 7-day free trial. I was charged for a whole year subscription, PLUS a monthly subscription, PLUS a premium stories subscription. As soon as I realised that money was being taken out of my account for THREE separate subscription that I NEVER signed up for, I contacted their customer service who were rude and dismissive. It was very clear that there was a an automated fault with their subscription service which they denied. This company is a fraudulent scam and KARMA will follow them!

I was fine with paying a $39 annual subscription for the content, but they started charging $39 a month. I went to cancel the subscription, and it says I have a one year subscription and they keep recurring the charge. I have insisted with the credit card company, and now they are investigating them for fraud because of multiple complaints.  Do not download and pay for this app.!

I downloaded the app and immediately realised it is not worth it so cancelled it. I received an email saying you cancelled in your trial period you won’t be charged but still i was charged and i am getting charged again.. big scammers

The app logged me out after two day of having it. Never would let me log in, customer service is a joke. Crickets of a response from them. Also the stories are just an AI voice with poor pronunciation. Find a different app if you want hindu stories
