They do not return phone calls even when given the times you are available. I was unable to hook up my meter (I think it’s called). NONE of my information is showing on the screen. A friend helped me figure it out today. Someone is supposed to call tonight to answer other questions. Immediately crashes when trying to open. Before the update, I could do certain things like keep track of weekly points and bonuses. Now, when they are running the $15k contest, it stops working?! I don’t know about this. Launch and quit immediately. ### 1/5 — Incessant beeping *2026-05-29, version 4.1.0* Hope you like having your peace ruined by a meter that beeps if you dare set it down, and also beeps whenever you put it on the charger, waking up whoever is in the room with you (because they beg that you charge it in the bedroom). Hope you also love receiving nasty grams from Nielsen begging you to use the charger for scraps. They sent people to my house unannounced and without my permission. They did not like how much I traveled and how little media I consumed, and also how I refused to have my peace ruined by the beeping of a meter. Also, the modem uses more electricity than you’d ever get back in “rewards”. Also, this app provides zero benefit to the panelist, only serving to drain your battery and stalk you location with absolutely zero bonus for doing it. ### 1/5 — An absolute scam! *2026-05-22, version 4.1.0* I wish I had read the reviews before I started. I thought this program was something much better than it was. They harass you non stop! They lie about how much you’ll be paid and refuse to send the correct amount despite proof of the offer they sent in the mail! They call you nearly daily and try to keep you on the phone for 30+ minutes asking the same questions over and over. Some of the questions they ask are not questions that can even change let alone change in a matter of days. Stay away from the scam of a program! It’s not worth your time and energy for the pennies they offer you. Now I’m being harassed to return the equipment but I’m not giving it back until they hold up their end of the deal and pay us appropriately. ### 3/5 — Needs fixing *2026-05-20, version 4.1.0* Helpful for the chat bot, and to see information on meter. The “find your meter” feature doesn’t work at all. Which can be frustrating when you know your meter is in the house somewhere but can’t find it…. ### 2/5 — Misleading Reward System *2026-04-26, version 4.1.0* The app says that for each week that you wear the meter and earn 400 points or more, you earn a bonus for the week. The word “bonus” implies extra money beyond what you will get for participating. That is what bonus means. We only ever received the bonus money. We never received regular rewards. I asked about that in the chat and they said they would call. After a week, I sent a feedback form. I got a call that same day. He told us that there is no regular reward. We can ONLY earn bonus money and be entered in the sweepstakes. If that is good enough for you, then go for it. Just be forewarned that they don’t use the word bonus correctly. ### 1/5 — An embarrassment *2026-03-06, version 4.1.0* This app does not work well with Apple products. Apple’s password feature normally saves the username and password with ease. This app repeatedly had problems with the feature. The app also requires location to be always on, and this was not the normally intuitive process to make it happen. Finally, the app requires the phone to be out of low-power mode. For anyone who uses low power mode regularly, this is a deal breaker and makes the app ineffective. I have never encountered an app that requires this, and the low rating seems like another sign these programmers failed. I am strongly considering declining to participate any further after this experience. ### 1/5 — Are You Kidding *2026-02-24, version 4.1.0* First off we just got told they closed the study and did so without informing anyone about it, we had to call them because one of the arm bands popped up a message saying to call a number, had to wait on hold for beyond to long, so now we have a bunch of bands we have to get rid of bcs they are absolutely and underly useless, so thanks for WASTING our time when we have enough going on already you just added to another HORRIBLE day. this company has the WORST communication skills ever. Do NOT Recommend AT ALL. No compensation either for waste money, time and energy ### 1/5 — awful. *2026-02-24, version 4.1.0* the app was behind on my points, the "support people" didn't do anything to help, this whole thing was a huge waste of time. sounded like the person on the phone to help wasn't even paying attention. Have to close the app, reopen, go back into find a meter, select the meter, and then it beeps once maybe twice before the app closes, not allowing me enough time to find the meter.
