### 4/5 — 気軽なVPNとしては有り難いですが

手頃な価格でVPN接続できるため、海外では重宝しています。
ただ、接続が確立できない時にVPNを無効にしたい場合、手動でON/OFFする機能がないため、どうしようもなくなることが多々あります。
ここだけは改善を望みます。4Gなどのモバイルデータ通信がなくても手動でVPNを解除できる機能をつけていただきたいです。

出張が多いので、空港や駅、バスや鉄道のWiFiを利用することがよくあります。
まあ、280円で安心を買うと思えば安いもんです。ゲームとかはやりません。

機種変更の際に月額かけて追加で入れてもらったわけですが
一部アプリが起動しなくなる+よくある広告のアプリ系は全て広告シャットアウトする代わりに広告関係の恩恵を受けられない、YouTubeなどの動画系は広告があと1秒でフリーズするから動画が見られない

正直ゲームやる人には意味がないのでウイルスを過剰に怖がる人にのみおすすめ。少なくともYouTubeの広告ブロックして動画まともに見られないのは一般的なユーザー全般に不都合あるのではないかと思います

国際線機内での接続において、このソフトが邪魔をしている。VPNをOFFにしようにも、その為にはWiFiや4Gが無いとOFFに出来ない。そもそも飛行中の機内には4GやWiFiが無いわけで、これではいつまで経っても機内WiFiに接続出来ない。WiFiや4Gが無くてもOFFに出来る様に改修すべし！

2018 iPad 9.7では ほぼ 通常に「エコネクト」共にインストール前と変わらず使えてます。
iPhoneXR では スリープ時は4Gに なってしまいます。約60秒程経ってからwifiに ようやく繋がります 繋がっても不安定です。このアプリとエコネクト、エコネクトのプロファイルを削除するとインストール前の快適な状態に戻ります。 課金もしてるので改善を求めます。

頻繁にパケットが流れなくなります。
表面的には接続されているようにみえますが、通信は止まります。
このような状態になったら、Wifiをいったん切り、再接続でようやく使えるようになります。

追記 VPN自動接続/切断のスイッチが、VPN接続中のインジケーターを兼ねているようですが、とても使いづらいです。
wifi接続中でないとスイッチを切り替えできなくなるからです。
wifiの環境が悪いとき、VPNを無効化する必要がありますが、現状では操作が容易ではありません。

料金の表示ミスが表面化するのを恐れてレビュー消したな。

詐欺じゃないか明らかに。

確かに280円課金されている割引対象ではなかったかniftyそのものが課金ミスをしたとしか考えられない。

@nifty基本会員が割引対象なのか？。
課金ミスが起きたのか、ハッキリさせることが義務なのでは？。

逃げ回ってたってもう無い信用がさらに無くなるだけ。

誠意を持って対応する以外方法は無いのでは？。

これを削除したら都合の悪いことは逃げるがniftyのポリシーだと理解します。

最もパソ通時代から色んな噂は聞いてるけど、niftyに居た人からも聞いてるしね。
