In addition, I’ve noticed that many listings appear to use misleading photos that don’t reflect the actual properties, which reduces user trust. I’d appreciate a review of my premium account performance and would also encourage stronger quality control over listings to improve the experience for both landlords and prospective tenants. ### 1/5 — This app needs to do a better job with scamming *2023-09-27* This is ridiculous - how are these scams artists thriving on this platform? So many nice places these scammers have access to - and they can just post property on this website as if they are legit. It’s scammer posing as real estate agents that have been posting for years and still succeeding taking advantage of people and their hard working earnings that are looking to invest into a home . This is - RIDICULOUS!!!! Mostly easy to navigate. What I do find very worrisome is that one can find thesame property listed for vastly different prices. Also, troubling is that you will what is obviously a bungalow listed as a duplex or a semi detached building listed as fully detached and vice versa. It gives the impression that no one is monitoring or editing the listings to ensure the photos fit the word descriptions. I have also found the same property listed as being in different areas of Lagos at the same time - in Magodo (mainland) and VGC (island) for example. This leads one to believe there are quite a number of fraudulent listings on the website.
