### 2/5 — Ugly

*2017-10-02, version 1.10*

Icon and interface are ugly. Older style made more sense. Why break what worked?

### 4/5 — Happy I bought this app

*2016-01-28, version 1.8*

I don't normally write reviews but I was so happy with this app I figured I'd write one. For the price, this is a great app. But in order for it to work you MUST use a tripod. I didn't have the money to buy a DSLR camera for my trip to Iceland but wanted an opportunity to capture the northern lights. With this app I was able to as well as take some sweet shots of the landscape under the moonlight 👍👍👍

### 4/5 — Good night photos - if you save them

*2014-12-05, version 1.8*

This app is pretty simple. I only see a couple of options. What it does, though, it seems to do well - take low-light photos.

My biggest issue is that I forgot to "save" a couple of my photos after taking them, and now they're gone. Once you're done taking a photo, you have to hit the "Save" button, which looks like the "Share" button found in Apple's apps.

I'd also like to see a menu button on the main screen that would offer a little help and access to the program's options.

I gave it four stars, though, because I thought the photography pet of the app worked well.

### 5/5 — Took a chance on this one...

*2014-11-20, version 1.8*

The app does exactly what it claims. Recommended!

### 5/5 — Great app ! Simply & yet very effective !

*2014-11-16*

Great app. Surprisingly good result and a nice idea. For a future version, it would be good to be able to control the number of frames superpostioned to create the final image. Perhaps a frame range where the user can toggle on/off sequential or individual frames which make up the final exposure. With a secondary level control for exposure value. Would be very good for light burn and motion blur effects.

### 5/5 — Very nice app, it's a keeper!

*2014-11-06, version 1.8*

Wonderful app for low light photography! Image quality is very good if iPhone is mounted on a tripod or resting on firm ground with solid back support. Keep up the good work Devs, you rock with this app!

### 5/5 — Great

*2014-11-03, version 1.8*

Smart app. Night photos are perfect, only need to keep a steady hand.

### 5/5 — Great for low light photos

*2014-10-24, version 1.7*

This app works great on my iPad Air, and is very good at taking pics in low light situations. Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Nothin else like this!

*2014-10-22*

Works as it says! Great results

### 3/5 — A good 1 trick pony, no instructions

*2014-10-18, version 1.6*

Read the description here in the App Store and tips by other reviewers because there is no information or Help option in the app itself. Otherwise, this app will be a waste of your time and money.
The app works well enough.

### 1/5 — No

*2022-05-04*

Doesn’t function well or give good results

### 1/5 — Don’t download!!

*2019-09-08*

Absolute scam. Nothing like advertised, awful quality!!

### 1/5 — Garbage!

*2019-05-29, version 1.10*

Would like a refund! This app DOES NOT WORK...period! If you aren’t in enough light (which is the whole point of needing the app to begin with) then it will not take a good, clear pic! Complete garbage!!!

### 1/5 — A Blurry Mess!

*2018-12-26, version 1.10*

Do not waste your money!! I took over 20 photos and not one came out clear. It takes forever to snap a photo, which looks good when it begins and ends in a blurry mess with EVERY PHOTO! I would like my money back on this useless app.

### 1/5 — Horrible App

*2015-11-02, version 1.8*

Don't waste your money on this app. If poor resolution for pics was not bad enough, then the repeated closure of the app after every pic is saved was beyond aggravating! The multi shot section also did not work! Find a better product for your night shots because this is not it!

### 1/5 — Disapointed

*2015-02-02*

I am a photographer and tested this app with iPhone 5S and the result was exactly opposite, IOS image had less noise that NighCam app.
Im sorry for the bad review but I bought the whole suite and I was disappointed.

### 1/5 — this app is the WORST

*2015-01-30, version 1.8*

Don't waste your money. My pictures turned out terrible. It's possible this app would work better with a tripod, but it is advertised as working without one. I already deleted it, and I want my money back. I will not be buying another app from this developer.

### 1/5 — Get camera+instead!

*2015-01-18, version 1.8*

I bought this companies bundle of photo apps for $9.99 and you don't get anything special here! I have used Camera+ though and it works great. I recommend it over anything seen here for sure!

### 1/5 — Not working with iPhone 6 plus

*2015-01-17*

It just keeps on crashing and I can't take a single picture. Please fix it

### 1/5 — iOS 8 only!!!

*2014-10-20*

iOS8 compatible doesn't mean iOS8 ONLY!!!

Useless!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — I MUST HAVE!

*2018-08-06, version 1.10*

Amazing app that allows you to take pictures with lengthy exposure and it’s free. One word to describe it, AWESOME !

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2017-08-05, version 1.8*

Great low-light or night shots if you can hold the phone rock steady or use a tripod. This kind of photo is not possible with native camera. App had not been updated in nearly 3 years- makes me curious if app is still in development.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2016-05-23, version 1.8*

Works well in low light. The exposure edit post is a great feature!

### 5/5 — Nice app in low light

*2015-10-18, version 1.8*

Please add these in your update and fix bugs in IOS 9.0.2
1) add self timer and use flash light for knowing about capture
2) change camera mode for take selfi pictures
3) use image stabilizer system in iphone 6-6s pluse for taking better pictures

Thanks for all

### 5/5 — Great app

*2015-09-28, version 1.8*

Does what it needs to do but I sometimes forget to hit save

### 5/5 — No Flash!

*2015-07-05, version 1.8*

Night pics without a flash. Works great!

### 5/5 — A must have app!!!

*2015-06-24, version 1.8*

This is a great app for trying to catch
Those shots too low light for normal
Quick click mode, but fuzzy and just
Plain horrible with a flash...
Simple and easy to use this app is a
Must have!

### 5/5 — Quite impressive!

*2015-03-10, version 1.8*

Wow! Quite impressive. So far - taken several low/no light pics quite easily....

### 5/5 — It works

*2015-02-09, version 1.8*

Nice app, it REALY works....two things, 1 iPad or iPhone must be hold steady or use a tripod or something that camera won't move or your pic will be horrible....2 need a self timer if you want everybody in the pic.....pictures are save in HD with 96% of the noise free, almost perfect .... Lo it .....

### 5/5 — Extra light sensitivity when you need it.

*2015-01-12, version 1.8*

Excellent low light app. Works well even handheld.
