The app needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. It crashes all the time and it lacks the ability to restart from where you left off. You have to fast forward through everything you already watched and you don’t get a visual reference onscreen and have to guess when to play again. Also if you leave it for more than a week you have to log in again and for some reason I can’t use my Apple keychain. The service is great, however when using the Guide section sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. When it doesn’t, have to exit the Guide and return to the Browse section and choose Night Flight TV. This morning I noticed the Guide didn’t match what was being played on the Night Flight TV live stream. If the app gets a few fixes it would be awesome! ### 2/5 — Disappointing *2025-04-26, version 4.0* Enjoy the content, but new app is incredibly slow to navigate. The main issue, and one that will eventually cause me to cancel my subscription, is it constantly signs me out of the Apple TV app. ### 3/5 — Please make categories clickable *2025-04-17* Please make the categories clickable so we can get to all of the titles in a category. For example, I am interested in the documentaries that are available to me. I have to scroll down to the bottom of the Home Screen to see the documentary category, and when I click on an item to see the description when I go back, it always returns me to the top of the Home Screen. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback, Randy. Every time I sign in, I keep getting prompted to sign up for a subscription WHICH I ALREADY PAID FOR. I’ve emailed many times and have tried every way of contacting support only to be ignored. Do not waste your time or Money on this scam. ### 1/5 — Amazing content. Terrible platform *2025-02-20, version 4.0* Downloaded the app and signed up for the free trial after seeing multiple ads on social media about it. Was impressed with all the content that’s available, but the app is just too impractical. Even after talking to someone from the support team, I was unable to watch anything on the app and after giving it a few tries I decided the free trial was not worth it. ### 1/5 — App does not work *2025-02-16, version 4.0* Constantly get logged out or encounter password issues. It is a known problem on all platforms (Android, Roku) for over a year. Cannot watch if you cannot login. Absolute waste of money and support cannot resolve. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Impossible To Cancel *2026-05-16* I have tried for a couple of years now to cancel the subscription. The collection of content here is not great, customer support is non-existent! Having to put a stop payment on the service with my bank because they keep charging me. I thought I canceled last year when I sent the request. This year I requested a refund and have been trying to reach customer service for weeks now with no response. If I delete the account, I can’t get a refund. Subscribe at your own risk! ### 1/5 — Not Compatible with Apple TV *2026-02-10, version 6.8* They will still charge you for it. It just won’t work. ### 1/5 — Crashes on Apple TV- Useless *2025-12-04, version 6.5* Cancelled subscription because it doesn’t work on Apple TV and just crashes. All the other content crashes the app. I’m using Apple TV, second and third (current) generations. However, the app crashes a lot on iPhone/ipads . Whenever you browse and select a title and scroll down to play a video it crashes. I even got them on the phone and they offered to let me talk to a technician, but they needed all of my. Banking information so they could charge me a dollar to talk to the technician. This is a racket and I felt like I was getting set up to be ripped off. If you don’t want to support bad business and con artists then avoid this app by all cost! Don’t get suckered. Every time I want to watch, I have to flog through janky, disjointed hoops and resets to try to access a service I already paid for a year.
