It has several color that work well for me, although I like the mid-blue the bet. It lights up the entire iPad screen with the chosen color. My only complaint is a thin advertisement band across the top of the screen about 1/2 inch wide. I was very comfortable in my bedroom as I am scared of the dark I was very happy and could move around my room with ease! In order to get the color to change you just go to the lower bottom right corner and there is a moon click the moon and ba bam you got Yo self some different colors to choose from my fellow night light users. That means at night the heavy curtains are pulled across the windows and the rooms get very dark. The first night we had a small light on and it still kept us awake. I downloaded this app and it was perfect, easy to use, and fun. We could turn it around to face the wall as well and that made it even more comfortable. Kept the iPad plug in and it charged and was on all night.
