This happened to me tonight and although I got a full refund this manifested after I had already been waiting for my order for over half an hour. Even after getting in contact with support they didn’t help me and my email is drifting into nowhere. ### 1/5 — Terrible food delivery *2025-12-05, version 1.1.4* I ordered at 4:34 and didn't get my cookies until 6:10. These people do NOT and when I say DO NOT I mean DO NOT check their delivery orders. Apparently, they expected me to get my cookies from the store when I had ordered for delivery because “People who do lunchbox orders usually just picks up their own cookies.” That’s what they told me when I had called them on the phone. I told them that I was charged for a delivery fee so I expected my cookies to be delivered. The employee proceeded to tell me that the delivery driver didn’t pick up my order so I should call back in a few. This was around 4:50, the time my order was supposed to be delivered. Literally 2 minutes after the call my driver was finally selected. I was supposed to get my order at around 5:50, but the driver decided to deliver someone else’s food when they were closer to my house. I was very unsatisfied with the cookies because they were cold and sitting for almost TWO HOURS. I would NEVER recommend delivery. Do NOT do it. ### 1/5 — Awful for Delivery *2025-01-24, version 1.1.4* The app outsources delivery to DoorDash, but gives zero options to tell the dasher how to get to your home (cannot input gate codes or give direction for dashers to see) and does not give you an option to contact the dasher or allow the dasher to contact you. I placed an order and never received it due to this issue and haven't gotten a refund for the order. ### 1/5 — omg hate it *2024-10-21* So I download this app and wanted to compare crumble cookies to this but OMG 6$ delivery fee.. it was. 15$ for 2 cookies!!!! Crumble is way better it’s only 9 for 2 cookies!! Today, January 31st 2023 @ 11PM , I had the rudest over the phone encounter with a team member at the North Miami location. I placed an online order on the Night Owl app for two cookies. When receiving the order it was all taped up and secured BY THE STORE. When opening it there was a roach crawling all over both cookies. I immediately call the store that I ordered from. A young lady answers, I let her know my concerns. She rudely replies “Oh nah. No at this store. It was probably the dasher.” I let her know it was all sealed up and say I doubt it was the dasher. She says it’s not “her problem” to contact doordash. I told her I used the actual Night Owl app and she hung up in my face. I have never came across such unprofessionalism especially when one is in the wrong Aaliyah Armenteros ### 1/5 — Worst app EVER for food delivery *2021-07-04, version 1.0.9* I love night Owl cookies. I order them at least once a week and they are my favorite way to indulge my sweet tooth. However, their app falls short on so many levels. Once you place an order it gives you a completely inaccurate delivery time. It outsources delivery to door Dash, with no way to contact a driver, cancel an order, or speak to customer service. I waited over an hour and a half for my cookies to arrive, and when I called the store, they still had not been picked up. I was on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to speak with a manager who would cancel my order and hopefully give me a refund. I still have not seen the refund and there’s no way to get any customer service through the app to indicate there is a problem with my order (ie never arrived!). I’ll go back to using Postmates for night owl cookies.
