On side note, I have owned 8ch DVR Night Owl 720 p for about 5 years and will be in market for 4K upgrade soon. PRIOR REVIEW: I would’ve given this app a 5 star rating up til today 07/15/18 when both my iPhone 6 and iPad are giving an error message of “connect to server failed” however my cameras are working on the monitor that my device is connected to. Apparently all these people don't know what they are doing. I've had my system for 3 years and other then replacing one camera it works great! I have no problems with the app. I'm a truck driver and gone from home a lot and it's nice to able to check on the house while I'm gone. The few times I had trouble with connecting customer service was very quick to answer and very helpful. Took all the time I needed to get things going.
