I contacted. Customer service went through their process of the document documents that they needed to look into it and to try to fix it. They have continuously ignored me and told me flat out that since I did not need any help that they would close the account. And nothing would happen. I responded back that the last email that I got from them was that the case was sent to a different team. I have not been contacted. I have not had my camera fixed or replaced. It is well within the warranty period. The camera that still works, doesn’t always record. Sometimes it chooses to record sometimes it does not. So also not good. It is absolutely terrible. Is is limited on what you can do and what it does have it does not do that right. Glitches constantly and incredible slow. He never called back. Your board is made by Hangzhou Xiongmai Technology and you guys have nothing to do with it. Seems like the lawyers would have been all over this fraudulent claim. Worst UI ever on hdmi monitor. Scale timeline from 24hrs to 1hr to 30min? Makes no useful sense. Maybe split the day up in 4 hr segments. No video editor works like this and that’s where the timeline concept came from. How about letting users favorite clips create bookmarks? It’s beyond terrible. You can record, you just can’t locate anything beyond these stupid idents, Human (which is a waving branch most of the time), Vehicle (which is when nothing is in the driveway), and Motion (which means god knows what at this point). ### 1/5 — Dejo de verse en mi teléfono *2026-08-18, version 1.1.82* Se llamo a servicio al cliente y no me an podido resolver el problema, el problema comenzó cuando se instaló la nueva versión.
