The Liberty Pumps NightEye™ app allows users to remotely monitor the condition of their NightEye™ enabled Liberty Pumps products - from anywhere in the world. The NightEye™ app will allow you to configure your device to send push notifications, SMS messages, and emails (up to 4 different contacts) that will keep you in touch with the status of your Liberty Pumps product. Connection to my ALM alarm was super easy. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2025-02-24, version 3.9.0* Tried numerous times and app does not work and cannot set up . Set up red light changes green for 2 seconds then goes back to red with ‘unknown error’ being shown on the app ### 3/5 — Installed and tested with my iPhone 13 mini *2024-02-29, version 3.9.0* My plumber installed a Liberty pump this week with the 442 series back up pump. The NightEye module is slightly different than the one shown in the videos. Even though the app is somewhat hesitant during the installation process on iPhone, and there should be a clear message of success from the hyperlink on their message to confirm my email address, I configured and tested the system. So, I decided to write this review to counteract the negative reviews in the Apple Store. So far so good. After two months in usage, the system sends alerts as configured when a power failure occurs and when the power comes back too. So, if it wasn't for the hesitation of the app during installation, this would be five stars Since update in February 2024, the app is loosing connection with my network many times a day. Nothing wrong with my wifi. It seems that it was the battery that was weakening. The application does not give a message in this case. I changed the 9v battery and everything works fine. ### 1/5 — The App is unable to notify alarm properly *2023-02-04, version 3.5.8* When a flooding alarm or loss of power alarm is trigger, you get no sound or phone vibration to notify you, even when everything is enable in settings to do so. This is the main reason why we purchased this item and it fail to do such a simple task. ### 1/5 — Can’t login! *2022-10-14, version 3.5.8* Spent almost $700 on the sensors and the NightEye alarm. Just like the other reviewer I cannot login. There are no phone numbers even on the Liberty Pumps website! ### 1/5 — I cannot log in. *2022-10-12, version 3.5.8* As at least one other reviewer has mentioned, I type my password and cannot log in. The button is greyed out to submit my login credentials. This has only recently started happening to me. Update: As of October 11, 2022 (version 3.5.8) the app is still broken and I cannot log in to use the features of the overpriced back-up sump I bought. Never received the email. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling does nothing….
