Support is a nightmare. Replies every 24 hours, solutions that don’t work, zero real-time interaction with a human, and a discord full of scammers ready to nab up anybody looking for help during the 23 hours a day no one is answering queries or tickets. Treat it like beta software and double check absolutely everything before letting this wallet handle any transaction that matters to you. I don’t doubt the good intentions of the Nightly team, but they are not delivering. ### 2/5 — Outstanding *2026-02-12* Nightly is outstanding, It's like having my entire life in my pocket payments, rewards, everything! Super secure and super smooth. Loading money, sending funds, paying bills... all just a few taps. First use I found it easy to use and isn’t buggy. ### 2/5 — Potential but not there yet *2024-02-25* While this wallet shows promise, it is not yet intuitive enough for widespread adoption. The interface may prove confusing for average users, even those with some tech familiarity. Realizing the full potential here requires an interface simple and seamless enough for total novices. The nightly app updates suggest the team is working toward that goal of maximum usability. But some key refinements are still needed before this wallet delivers the smooth mainstream experience it aspires to. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pa *2026-06-24, version 2.16.12* Its not working tezos token my wallet i cant send any token to any other wallet and no customer service ### 1/5 — tony *2026-05-25* like most wallets and exchanges, it sucks, is confusing. poorly designed. i cant figure out how to add more than one asset to the wallet. i added bittensor. then i tried to add a second asset, but nothing else is available when i click and type in the search bar. not bitcoin, not anything. i have no idea if only one asset is allowed in a wallet, or how to even find listings of the various currency. however, the designers managed to put a stupid fox face on screen that spins in a circle. wow so impressive. now make a product that is workable. ### 1/5 — this is bad. i hope it gets better. *2025-07-26* the user experience with this app is honestly garbage. not sure how long they’ve been doing this for but i really hope it gets better soon. got recommended this wallet by a friend, and the ONLY reason i continue to use it is bc there’s no other movement wallet his app supports. tuff. ### 1/5 — App is Wonky *2025-03-28* The app is very wonky and doesn’t function well ### 1/5 — Seed Phrase Recovery does not work *2024-12-31* You guys do know that your seed phrase recovery does not work. It simply does not work. I’ve created 5 new wallets in the past 30 min. I delete every one, then proceed to try to recover and it always says I have the wrong recovery phrase. Care to explain? ### 1/5 — Great App *2024-12-08, version 2.10.53* Easy to use and secure. ### 1/5 — Dead app *2024-12-03* I deleted the app then re-downloaded it, screen shot my word phrase word for word so it’s exact. Went into the app to paste my word phrase and it’s told me it’s incorrect. Either I’ve been hacked or this app is broken. Save your money and don’t use this app. Can’t get into my account. If there is assistance for this I’ll be happy to talk but if not. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. ### 1/5 — This wallet says they update but i don’t see an actual update to anything myself lately *2024-11-29* The near protocol blockchain swap feature has been saying upgrading in progress for months now. And they haven’t fixed that and i haven’t seen any improvement that they have claimed they have done. Patch notes are very vague constantly. This is a very untrusting developer at the moment. Be careful. I have used multiple multi-wallets and this is one of the worst ones i have seen. ### 1/5 — Wallet is dangerous *2024-10-26* So one quick edit and addition here there is no support for this wallet. If you have a problem, you’re on your own there is nobody you can contact. I had been using nightly wallet for about a month month and a half and didn’t seem to have any issues. Recently, it just things weren’t quite right, and I couldn’t figure out what it was once I downloaded the mobile app. Things went completely haywire. The fees are insanely high. every other wallet I know you can transfer all of your Solana off not with nightly if you don’t leave at least $1.50 it won’t make a transfer which is insane that’s roughly at the time of his writing $1.50 a transfer on Selena usually costs 0.00007 cents but if you make a transfer nightly you’re paying about $.60 and if it’s under a buck 50 forget about it won’t even transfer why ?I don’t know. The transaction will fail. There will be no record of it on soul scan or one of whatever BHA explorer you’re using. It will give you a transaction number, but it will also still charge you the transaction fee. It just won’t do it if you look up the blockchain explorer it will sa6 "this transaction doesn’t exist"so it never even sent it. It just made up a transaction number ,said it failed and charges you the amount that roughly 100 transfers will cost on any other wallet. I sat there and watched my balance just dropped out of nowhere from $89-$80 for no reason whatsoever just sitting there looking at it boom money gone no record of it in the activity tab so even if somebody was stealing my money, it would still show up as a transaction so obviously it’s just the app just secretly taking money. I spent an hour trying to recover $59 of USC. OK it was 50 by the time I was done it started out 59 so there’s another nine dollars gone why I don’t know but for some reason nine dollars seems to be the number it likes to take, my browser off my phone. I would not recommend downloading this and I recommend if you have it deleted because there’s something seriously messed up with this wallet. ### 1/5 — Wallet doesn’t work *2024-03-16* Complete trash wallet. Connect to it with nightly. ### 5/5 — Excellent hardware wallet support and delightful UX *2024-12-31* After reading the reviews, I wasn’t sure about using this app as 2.8 felt a bit low. I was primarily looking for a wallet that integrated well with SUI and had the ability to connect to Keystone. Was very impressed it also supported Ledger. I couldn’t really find any other apps, including the native iOS app that supported hardware wallets. After using Nightly for just about a day so far I’m really impressed with the UI and how nice everything is. There’s a few minor quirks on mobile like I thought renaming wallets required a weird set of interactions but overall I’m very happy with this wallet and I’ll continue to use it and recommend it to others.
