### 3/5 — Great, when it recognizes my subscription

*2026-07-10*

I have this app downloaded to my watch and I find it to be absolutely amazing. My only gripe is that I have signed up for the subscription but there are times when I go to set a timer on my watch, and about 50% of the time, it will ask me to sign up for a subscription plan.
Since I only use my watch for the alert this is a bit annoying.
I have tried redownloading the app on the watch and have confirmed my watch-iPhone are connected and there’s been no change.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the kind words, and I’m so sorry this happened. This definitely isn’t the experience I want anyone to have. I was able to identify the bug and have already submitted a fix to Apple. I’m just waiting for it to be approved, so the update should hopefully be available in the next few days. Thank you for taking the time to let me know. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to reach out to me at lish@nightnudge.com 🤍

### 5/5 — Creative App

*2026-04-25*

Great invention! I always doze off during feeds but since I started using this app, I would get a gentle nudge and it helps immensely. I’m more alert and can complete my feeds without the tension of falling asleep.

### 5/5 — Best baby app!

*2026-04-15*

This app has been amazing for my nights with my newborn. It is so useful and really gives peace of mind at times when you don't even realize how exhausted you are. The app is so helpful and easy to use with gentle reminders. This is hands down the best tool I have used as a new mom and I highly recommend that every newborn mom tries it out!!

### 5/5 — Such a smart idea

Wish I had this with my last baby!! Genius

### 5/5 — Small App, Big Relief

*2026-04-11*

This app has been a lifesaver as a parent. I use it to remind me to check on my baby every few minutes, and it gives me real peace of mind—especially during naps or late nights when it’s easy to get distracted. The reminders are simple, reliable, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend for any parent who wants that extra layer of reassurance.

### 5/5 — So useful!

*2026-04-11*

This is such a useful tool for me as I’ve just had my first born, it really helps me stay focused and would definitely recommend to any new parents!

### 4/5 — Great idea

*2026-04-09*

Love the concept and it’s been very helpful. I have personally had issues (probably my own fault) with the notifications not coming through due to my watch settings. This is a simple but effective tool.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for trying NightNudge and for sharing this - really appreciate it!

The alerts should come through consistently, so if they’re not, it’s likely a quick settings adjustment on your device. A few things to check:

• Make sure haptics are turned on on your Watch
• If you’re using Sleep or Do Not Disturb, those can sometimes silence alerts

If you use Sleep/Do Not Disturb regularly, you can also allow NightNudge in your iPhone’s Focus settings so alerts still come through.

If you’re still having trouble, feel free to reach out at hello@nightnudge.com — happy to help get it working properly.
