## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.5 — 2026-08-22

Outbound picking is substantially faster this release.

PALLET SCANNING
Scan a pallet to confirm every carton on it at once, instead of
one scan per box. If a pallet holds anything that isn't on the
order, it's refused outright and tells you why — wrong stock
can't leave the dock by accident.

GROUPED VIEW
A new List/Grouped toggle arranges an order the way the warehouse
is actually laid out: by pallet where there is one, by location
where there isn't. A 900-carton order becomes 50 pallet cards
instead of 900 rows, and every row now shows both where to walk
and which pallet to scan.

FINISHING AN ORDER
Picking no longer dead-ends. Once everything is picked you're
walked through handling and ad-hoc charges, then dispatch —
carrier, tracking and notes — and on to Packed or Shipped.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
Shipped part of an order? Choose "Ship scanned, back-order the
rest" and the remainder moves to a linked back-order you can work
later. Bulk Pick now tells you exactly how much it's about to
confirm before it does it.

RECEIVING
Receiving a line is one button when the paperwork is right, with
an Adjust panel when the floor disagrees. Carton IDs are created
the moment you receive, so they can be seen and printed at the
pallet. Pre-printed pallet labels now work as destinations.

ALSO FIXED
Storage billing on very large shipments, clearing a scanned
field, and cartons being received onto pallets by mistake.

### 2.0.4 — 2026-08-14

BULK ACTIONS ON RECEIVING
Select multiple lines on a purchase order and act on all of them at once —
receive, edit details, print labels, or undo a mistake. Set a lot number,
sidemark, or weight across a whole shipment in one pass, with staged weights
shown on every line.

BETTER SEARCH
Search inbound and outbound orders by anything on them — line-item custom
fields like sidemark and project name, POP IDs, product names, or a partial
order number. Searching now looks across all open orders instead of only
today's.

SIMPLER COMPLETION
Finishing a receipt shows what was actually received — units and quantities,
without pricing clutter. Order history now records every step, including
completions.

FIXES
• Weights entered for a batch now carry through receiving correctly
• Completing an order twice no longer shows a false error
• Purchase orders awaiting arrival read "Pending Arrival"

Plus the new NightOps look, and customer portal accounts are now pointed to
the portal instead of landing on an empty screen.

### 2.0.3 — 2026-08-11

Parcel receiving
Receive parcel shipments box by box. Start a pallet, scan each box, and the app matches it against the manifest as you go — including boxes that arrive split across a backorder chain. Change a mis-scanned pallet, see what's already on one, and receive loose boxes without a pallet when you need to.

Scan-first receiving and picking
Scanning now drives both flows. Fields are scanner-ready without tapping them first, a scan submits itself with no Enter key, and fully scanned lines receive automatically. Picking follows what was actually scanned rather than what the plan expected, with substitutions handled right in the pick screen.

Inbound queue
The queue shows approved work only and opens on Today. Reschedule inbound orders in bulk, search POs properly, and filter line items inside a PO when a label won't scan.

Pallets and transfers
Move a whole pallet in one action. Pallet contents scroll, pallet targets stay put, and counts distinguish pallets built from pallets used.

Quantities and containers
A quantity stepper, carton lines defaulting to cartons, allocation straight onto a pallet, and a container summary at the end of receiving.

Fixes
Barcode reads no longer truncate. The number pad works with a scanner attached and the keyboard no longer covers the field you're typing in. Labels carry the customer's own field names. Approved orders now read "Pending Arrival".

New app icon.

### 2.0.2 — 2026-08-05

Parcel Receiving — new
Receive shipments box by box instead of by line. Scan a pallet label to
start, then scan every carrier label onto it. Each box is matched against
the order's manifest as you go, duplicates are caught immediately, and at
the end the app tells you exactly which boxes are missing — no more digging
through a stack that has already been palletised.
• Build pallets as you go, or receive without one
• Add to a pallet you started earlier and see what is already on it
• Undo a mis-scan, or swap a pallet scanned by mistake
• Sessions survive a dropped connection or an app restart
• Finish fully received, or short-ship and create a backorder
• Reconcile by master tracking across an order and its backorders
Scanning
• Hardware scanners now work without pressing Enter — scan and it submits
• Scan fields focus themselves, so a scan lands without tapping in first
• New on-screen keypad for typing a damaged label while a scanner is
  plugged in
• Fixed truncated barcode reads
Inventory Lookup — new
Find stock by product, SKU, POP ID, lot, custom field, pallet or location,
with filters for container type and stock status.
Fixes
• The keyboard no longer covers the fields you are typing in, and can be
  swiped away
• Filter line items inside a purchase order when a label will not scan
• The inbound list shows approved work only, so what is listed is what the
  floor should action
• Dimensional weight now uses your saved dim factor
• Dock intake reports it if the ops notification fails to send

### 2.0.1 — 2026-07-24

What's New in 2.0.1

• Dock Intake (new) — When freight shows up without a PO, log it in seconds: pick the customer, add the products and quantities, and it's saved as a draft order. Your ops team is automatically emailed to review and approve it — nothing hits inventory until they do.

• Bulk Pick (new, for supervisors) — Pick all remaining lines on an order in one step, with a review screen that shows where each piece comes from and flags any shortfalls or on-hold stock before you confirm.

• Access fixes — Modules like Warehouse now show up correctly for team members granted access on the web, and permission changes take effect when you reopen the app — no more signing out and back in.
