Set up schedule with family of 5 assuming this app was correct. The paper given at pier showed different locations and times. We waited and no bus stopped at the pier. **Developer response:** Hi Matt, We're sorry you experienced this. All of the locations on the island (including the pier) run every night from 5pm to midnight, with shuttles arriving every 15-30 minutes. You can find the shuttle locations on the Parking screen. This screen shows each of the shuttle locations, the dates they run, and times. Parking also shows the historic downtown parking garage, its times, prices and number of parking spaces available. Taking a shuttle into downtown truly is the easiest and least stressful way to enjoy the lights! ### 1/5 — Not super helpful *2025-11-29* The app should tell you if parking is full. It provides the hours of the lots but it isn’t super helpful if the lot is full. **Developer response:** That would be a super helpful feature, Alexi. Stay tuned! ### 1/5 — Not great *2025-11-15* I’m a local, in hospitality and I had high hopes for this app, I thought it would tell people where to park and where public bathrooms are. But it’s an advertising gimmick. My favorite restaurants are not even listed or shown on the map. Bummer! **Developer response:** Hi, MMAry68. We developed this application with parking and restrooms as critical, must-show features. We'd love to know more about any issues with finding them. As for finding your St. Augustine favorites, we list every restaurant, thing to do, event and live music performance on this app. There are more than 2,500! No business or event is excluded.
