## What is NightSound?

Want to know whether you snore after falling asleep, when sounds occur, and how long they last?

NightSound is a night sound recorder and review tool that you start manually. Tap before bed, then return in the morning to see suspected snoring results generated on your device and find moments worth replaying along a clear timeline.

USEFUL TIPS
Place your iPhone on a stable, unobstructed surface near the bed. Avoid covering the microphone with pillows or bedding. For long recordings, connect the device to power to reduce the chance of an interruption caused by low battery.

NightSound reports “suspected snoring” based on recorded audio. Results may be affected by device distance, environmental noise, or multiple people in the room.
