## What is Nigiri Panic?

Orders are up! Slice the fish, roll the sushi, plate it, and serve — before the customers walk out. Nigiri Panic is an easy-to-learn co-op cooking action game.

NEW IN 1.2.0
- Spectating: up to 8 people per room. 4 cook while 4 watch, and anyone can swap in mid-round (watching is free)
- Sushi Showdown: a new team mode where two kitchens compete, 1v1 or 2v2, against CPU chefs, on one screen, or online
- Secret Menu: a hidden shop and stage in each of the six worlds, with special dishes you can't make anywhere else

FEATURES
- 36 stages across 6 worlds, from festival stalls to icy kitchens
- 1–4 players: a purpose-built solo mode (swap between two chefs), local co-op with controllers, or online co-op with a simple room code — no account needed
- A full set of free assist options: difficulty tuning, readability settings, control remapping
- Available in 7 languages: English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Spanish and French
- No ads. World 1 and the tutorial are free to keep; unlock World 2 and beyond with a single one-time purchase. Local co-op is always free
- Online co-op: creating a room needs the full game (Worlds 2-6), joining is always free, and everyone in the host's room can play Worlds 2 to 6
- Online names are made by picking words and a number: no free text, no chat. Hosts can remove a player who joined by mistake

Grab your friends and family — the kitchen is open!

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.1 — 2026-10-27

Fixed choppy movement of other players in online play.
• The device that joined a room no longer slows down from unnecessary work.
• Your chef now moves smoothly again after falling into water and coming back.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-26

Big update!
• The online subscription has ended. Creating a room now needs the full game (Worlds 2-6), and everyone in the room can play all worlds. Joining is always free.
• Spectating: up to 8 people per room. 4 players cook while 4 watch (watching is free). Between stages, stand up to watch or take an open seat
• Swap in mid-round: from the pause screen's Players list, ask a spectator to swap with you. The swap happens the moment they tap Yes (the two who swap get no stars or score for that round)
• Sushi Showdown: a new team mode where two kitchens compete, 1v1 or 2v2. Play against CPU chefs, on one screen, or online with a room code
• Secret Menu: each of the six worlds hides a secret shop. Play a certain stage in a certain way and a side path appears on the map, plus an extra stage for those who find all six
• Secret stars are counted separately. World 1's secret stage is free; Worlds 2–6 and the extra stage are part of the full game (no additional purchase)
• Fixes and readability improvements for order tickets, star targets, achievement notices on the results screen, and more

### 1.1.1 — 2026-10-24

When a parent approves the age check to report a problem or share a result, the approval now applies to that one time only. It no longer allows online play.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-23

When you share a room code, the message now includes a link to get the game, so friends who don't have it yet can download it and join you right away.
You can now send your stage results to friends as a picture (when you earn at least one star).
You can now report a problem right away from Settings > Other.
Other small improvements.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-20

New store screenshots and trailer.
• Story scenes reshot: the camera now frames whoever is speaking, and the dialogue has been rewritten to read more easily. The speaker marker now matches that chef's hat color.
• The kitchen camera pulls back a little so order tickets no longer hide the stations.
• Cleaner results screen.
• Stage 2-6: facing the floodgate and pressing the action button now rings the bell, and the bell glows when you push against a closed gate.
• New gimmick boards now show a picture.
• Star targets for 4-2 and 2-4 have been rebalanced. Most 2- to 4-star targets are higher; stars you've already earned stay.
• Fixed the title's subtitle being hidden behind the logo.
• Other small display fixes.
