The order status never changes from ‘cooking’, so you have no idea whether the food is out for delivery. The timer countdown got to zero and then there was no indication of how much longer it would take to arrive. If you’re going to have a feature like this, it needs to be accurate.

This app isn’t great it’s buggy and doesn’t use Apple Pay, etc. Pity because the food is really good!

Two key issues: (1) I supposedly have my mobile linked to another account but I was unable to proceed with my actual number so I had to replace it with my partner’s number. It should have linked me to my “existing account” or even allowed me to keep my number (acknowledging it’s a duplicate and resolving later). (2) Following payment it accepted the order and it’s supposedly “cooking” but I have not received any confirmation as to how long this will take - not ideal! Recommend the app provides an estimated delivery window just like you get on other food delivery apps.

First order. Great app and excellent piping hot food delivered. Nihao will now be our first choice Chinese takeaway and we will definitely go for a meal in the restaurant soon.
