I hadn’t shopped for about a year and they sent a coupon that I could use. When I tried to use the coupon it was not working. The coupon expired after that. I tied to explain it to them so that I could get a new coupon to use on an order of about $1,500 they refused, even though I had been a good customer. I refused to spend anymore money if they don’t value me as a customer. I tried multiple times to get help from my advisor and he would not help. I asked for a supervisor at least 5 times and each time the person helping me would give me the run around on why they would help me before escalating the problem. Customer service supposedly escalated the problem and never helped or heard back from them.
