### 1/5 — Horrible Service

*2022-02-17*

Absolutely horrible service. The app did not work for me at all after paying $90, and it took customer service 6 weeks to respond, at which point they did not fix the issue I had with the watermark and offered me 3 months free. Next month I was billed again. I have paid $270 towards Niio without having any service provided. Highly suggest you do not use this app.

**Developer response:** Dear Murthafro,

We apologize for the inconvenience you faced. We were in touch with you and have fully refunded your payments. We're working to improve our service and resolve issues promptly. Please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

Best regards,
The Niio Team

### 4/5 — Great but with one big caveat

*2026-05-08*

For home use this is everything I’d want from a service like this but with one big issue that I know is relatively easy to fix as I am a developer myself: there is a very jarring full-screen loading animation that takes over every time one piece transitions to the next. It kinda ruins the vibe and just pulls you out of it - I may unsubscribe if this isn’t fixed soon.
