I spend hours and hours and searched the profiles on my own. I think the premium subscription doesn’t worth the money. They asked me to give 5 star for the application but unfortunately there is no negative rating. They explained their membership plans and assured me that they had many genuine and suitable marriage proposals. They also promised dedicated assistance in finding matches according to my preferences. Based on these assurances, I purchased a 6-month plan and made the payment. However, my experience after payment has been extremely disappointing. The profiles shared with me were the same ones already visible through the app’s normal search feature, and no personalized assistance was provided. Whenever I showed interest in a profile and requested their help in contacting the family or arranging communication, I received no response. Despite sending messages and following up multiple times, my requests were ignored. It is extremely frustrating that once the payment was made, communication from their side became almost non-existent. Calls often go unanswered, and there is no proper support or follow-up from the team. I have repeatedly tried to contact them regarding profiles they shared, but I have not received any meaningful assistance. I feel that the service provided does not match the promises made before payment. I spent my hard-earned money based on their assurances, but the overall experience has been highly disappointing and unprofessional. ### 1/5 — Fake profiles *2026-05-23* Most of the profiles interacted to is fake, specially in usa, the other person says it’s managed by self and when asked about simple things of city they live in. The executive who called me to purchase the plan didn’t allow me time to think as well and was forced to take the plan, problem is they do not follow any escalation metrics, no one will call you back or address your concerns. When i send the profile interest to so called personal mediator she says there is no reply for other end. Our requirement were no working but they sent only who were working and finished the plan saying you didn’t get any responses. The team is helpful, the app is functional. The team offers clear steps to make sure we utilize the benefit upto its complete value. I’m actually super proud of the developers who would put in such a thought and benefit those looking for their match. Those who say the app isn’t good are those who are not clear with their needs. The app does what it says it does, it shows up the profiles based on preference selected. I have daily interests and messages received. Experience with people on the app has been mostly good so far, some which are disappointing but that’s the whole point of doing this as safely as possible.
