Is it really a Muslim Matrimony app!? In Islam we’re supposed to marry at the age of 21 for males and 18 for females! The platform seems more focused on pushing users to subscribe rather than genuinely helping them connect. After subscribing, I noticed that several profiles do not respond at all to formal requests, not even with a simple yes or no. There appears to be no effective monitoring or follow-up by the team to ensure genuine engagement or to assist customers facing this issue. As a result, users are left with no option but to keep renewing monthly subscriptions without any real progress.
