The Dylan Harper GT Cuts dropped, my order was confirmed, confirmation email and all. Then the next morning my order was cancelled on Nike’s end. After speaking to customer service for an hour I wasn’t provided with any insight as to why this happened. At first they tried to blame me, then tried to blame my bank but I had already spoken to my bank so it wasn’t on my bank, nor me having entered all my information correctly. Ended up having to pay $100 extra for the same pair of shoes from StockX all because this app doesn’t process billing information correctly. I’d avoid this app because if you have an issue like I did, Nike’s customer service will try their best to blame everyone besides themselves for the issue. ### 1/5 — Bots *2026-08-06, version 8.5.0* Too many BOTs on this app. Makes it nearly impossible to buy anything.
