絶対使わないほうがいい。
アプリから利用開始ができなくなったが数ヶ月そのままで直すそぶりも見えない。
いちいち利用開始のたびに電話して、終了時にも電話しないといけない。電話したらしたで開錠に時間がかかってしまってますなどと言われ折り返し対応になる。こんなに酷いサービスははじめてです。

ユーザー登録で3回「予期せぬエラーが発生しました。」表示されて中々進めず、免許証登録の写真撮る時もボタン反応せず…（もし出来なかった場合ここからってボタンあるのでそっちからなら写真アップロード出来ます）

テストしてれば普通に分かると思うけどしてないんだろうなぁ、、

あと、免許証登録に3営業日掛かってるの遅すぎませんか？１つ１つ写真を目で見て判断してるんですか？自動運転できる位の技術力あるんだったら画像解析AI導入して確認短くしてください。
