## What is Nikout?

Quit smoking, vaping, nicotine pouches, snus or heated tobacco with one plan, your own numbers and zero judgement.

Nikout is a friendly quit-nicotine companion for anyone done with cigarettes, vapes, nicotine pouches (like ZYN or VELO), snus or heated tobacco (like IQOS or glo) – or a mix of them. No shame, no lectures: just a plan, your real numbers and tools for the hard moments.

ONE APP FOR EVERY NICOTINE PRODUCT
• Cigarettes, vapes, nicotine pouches, snus and heated tobacco
• Everything is converted to milligrams of nicotine, so you see your true daily total (mg values are estimates you can edit)
• See what nicotine costs you per day, month and year, in euros

CUT DOWN OR COLD TURKEY – YOUR CALL
• Cut down gradually: a 4, 6 or 8 week plan with a daily limit that steps down until your quit day
• Cold turkey: quit today or pick a date, then watch your nicotine-free time and money saved add up
• Both plans end the same way: with a quit day

WHEN A CRAVING HITS: URGE SURFING
• A guided 3-minute exercise inspired by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): notice the urge, name it, breathe and watch it rise and fall
• Move for 5 minutes, try paced breathing, or read why you started
• Log your triggers (stress, coffee, boredom, going out) to spot your patterns
• Slipped? One tap, no judgement. Pick up where you left off

QUIT TOGETHER WITH QUIT BUDDY
• Invite one person with a 6-character code, see each other's streak and send short encouragements
• Only daily summaries are shared – never your log entries

WIDGETS AND DAILY COACHING
• Home Screen widgets show today's nicotine against your limit (or days nicotine-free) and money saved
• 42 short daily tips and optional reminders at the time you choose
• General WHO health milestones after your quit day (general information, not medical advice)

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your logs stay on your device. No ads, no tracking, no analytics. Quit Buddy is optional.
