## What is NilamFlow?

NilamFlow is an all-in-one farm management app built for the field. Track every harvest, manage your workers, run payroll, control inventory, and dispatch produce — all from your phone, even when you're offline.
Designed for real farm conditions: large tap targets, high-contrast screens readable in direct sunlight, and full offline support so a weak signal never stops your work. Everything you record syncs automatically the moment you're back online.
WHY NILAMFLOW
• Works offline first — record harvests, attendance and expenses with no signal
• Built for the field — fast, simple and easy to use in bright sunlight
• One app for the whole farm — no more scattered notebooks and spreadsheets
HARVEST TRACKING
• Open and close harvest sessions and log produce as it comes in
• Capture weights, sack counts and crop details accurately
WORKER & TEAM MANAGEMENT
• Maintain employee and team records in one place
• Mark daily attendance — present, absent, half-day or on leave
• Manage leave requests and approvals

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.1.3 — 2026-10-01

NilamAI is easier to start.
• Browse topics you can ask about, including grafting, pests, soil, weather, and mandi prices
• Tap a topic to begin a question
• Photograph a leaf, fruit, or pest and NilamAI will diagnose it
• Covers about 200 crops

### 2.1.2 — 2026-09-28

Sign-in is more secure, and new accounts wait until the email is confirmed.
• Enter a verification code at sign-in when two-factor authentication is turned on for your account, including Google and Apple
• Use a one-time recovery code if you do not have the authenticator app
• New accounts stay on a verify-email screen until you open the link we send
• Sign in again when your session has expired
• A clear message if that bank account number is already saved for the employee
Also includes bug fixes and stability improvements.

### 2.1.1 — 2026-09-09

Fixes push notifications on iPhone: your device now reliably registers to receive alerts for tasks, payroll, harvests and more — even if notifications went quiet after a recent update. Plus minor bug fixes and performance improvements.

### 2.1.0 — 2026-09-08

• More reliable push notifications on iPhone, including during first-time setup
• Notification settings stay in sync with your phone's system settings
• The app automatically updates your device when notification permissions change
• Improved notification toggles in Settings — works even while the connection is establishing
• Sign in with Apple — log in or create an account on iPhone in one tap
• Use Apple or Google to get into your farm faster
• Large screen titles that ease into place as you scroll, so you always know where you are
• Clearer section headings and neatly grouped lists on detail screens
• A redesigned tab bar, along with new buttons, switches, alerts and action sheets
• Swipe from the left edge to go back, the way you expect on iPhone
• Smoother scrolling, with a subtle tap you can feel when you make a selection
• Bigger touch targets that are easier to hit with gloves or wet hands in the field
• The familiar blue-and-green NilamFlow look is unchanged — just cleaner and easier to read
• Bug fixes and stability improvements

### 2.0.3 — 2026-09-04

Fixed an issue where notifications couldn't be turned back on after being disabled. Toggling notification categories now works reliably even when the device can't reach the push service.
