Better off using Xoom or Remitly, never had any security or compliance issues with them by only using recipients bank account id, IFSC code. **Developer response:** Dear Sir, Yes, we require the requested documents to process your payment. Additionally, our risk system flagged a discrepancy: your account is registered in the USA, but there was an access attempt from India within a very short time frame, approximately 30 minutes. Furthermore, the transaction was made to a business rather than an individual. In compliance with FinCEN and FIUIND regulations, we must conduct KYC and KYB verification.
