My daughter just got her Nima tester, but the app won’t let us login.

Ordered a sensor in November, finally arrived in March. App won’t let me create an account or log into my account from the online site. Therefore my sensor is useless as I can not pair it.

I do the love capabilities of this app and I love what this machine does! I do have issues with its consistency. I would really like if it would keep me signed in. It does not. When I try signing in it asks me to sign in, I enter my user name and password and it reacts as if I am a new user, and I need to create a password. It is frustrating this has happened several times. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to sign in properly.
