When i mail to Mega bank officials they reply late and says we can't give authority to anyone and if you want to logins from new device you have to attend in bank yourself and if anyone (parents) attends on your behalf even we don’t give access you have attend at bank. If person is in abroad and need to login his mobile bank and we can’t able to login then why should we use that bank. We have to check the bank account through mobile banking . Its an more than 1 yrs and still i am not able to use my mobile banking even i know my id and password and i had sent huge amounts of money in my bank and I can’t able to use it . Even my parents are not more educated so they don’t know what to do with checks and ATM card . And my money in bank still remains useless. I can neither scan QR codes, nor can I select any options from the menu. Not a one time problem, btw. Always asks the user to change their password and expect them to remember it. If you forget it, they will ask you to go to their nearest branch. And the lag in their online transaction every 1-2 out of 10 times.. OMG. I am switching to other banks. Tried to follow saying to my sister and i emailed as well but no response.
