Link contacts with Microsoft Office. Doesn’t work. ### 2/5 — App needs work *2024-06-12* The desktop version is good but I’d really like the ability to add contacts from business cards. It looks like this was a feature at one time but now I have to use another app to upload and save and then sync contacts. Too much trouble when I’m on the road. ### 1/5 — There’s no option to sign up *2022-01-15* There’s a sign in, but no sign up. I’ve used a bunch of crms with business and this one makes it easy for the whole team. Works well with google, LinkedIn and Twitter too! I know you cannot fit everything on an App., but a CRM, it should be better such as having a little box with tasks overdue. **Developer response:** Hi There, Thanks for sharing your feedback! The ability to mark tasks as complete is definitely a feature in the mobile app. Just open the app and click the tab titled "Tasks". From here, you can click the box and it will mark the tasks as complete. Hope this helps! Write us at care@nimble.com for other tips. :) ### 1/5 — Love Nimble, but app doesn’t work *2019-12-02* Love the Nimble app. Want to pay for an annual subscription but two things are causing me to hesitate. 1. Mobile app on my iPhone 6s doesn’t work. It will work sometimes, but then all the keys are non responsive, can’t scroll, and screen is basically frozen. I tried deleting and re-downloading. I’ve deleted apps to give myself at least 20Gb of storage. But still doesn’t work. 2. No email notifications. It wouldn’t be as bad if I could check my tasks on the mobile app but given #1 above, I’m reluctant to open the app. Please advise! **Developer response:** Hi There, thanks for your feedback! It appears you were experiencing difficulties with the app in early December. We have since released a newer version of the app! If you update the app, you should no longer experience any issues. In regards to your second bit of feedback, we do offer notifications for emails, tasks, events and other activity types. Which can be turned on from within your mobile app in Settings. Write us at care@nimble.com if you continue to experience any difficulties with the app and we'll look into it further. - The Nimble Team ### 1/5 — Not able to use it :( *2019-11-19* Sad, I had high hopes based on the description and quotes (including Mark Cuban) — what a disappointment! I downloaded the iPhone App, tried using my google login, didn’t work. Then tried using my Microsoft login, I even got notified by Microsoft that Nimble has been given external app access.... ....still neither of the two logins worked, it echoed back my user name for both types of logins and gave me a OK button to click on... I figured it’s trying to tell me that it recognized my user name and it’s acknowledging it — so, nice of the app to be nice and verbose.. But then, that’s the end.. nothing happened. I have screen shots but not sure how to upload it here. There is no way to create a Nimble only login, if so, I would have tried it. Anyway. So it goes... sorry Nimble, you didn’t even give me a chance to try your product..... **Developer response:** Hi There, we're sorry to hear you've experienced some difficulties with setting up your Nimble account.
