Now all they have is AI that tells you to call the pharmacy when they open.. not sure why they made the app go from helpful to pointless to use… as someone that is on over 17 supplements that little convenience made the world of difference for me. Now I’m deleting the app. ### 1/5 — Finally, after 3 months I got the app working! *2026-04-13, version 26.189.1* 4/13/26 - repeat - this app still sucks. I had a 90 day supply of a non-controlled maintenance drug filled on 1/14/2026. On 4/12/26 Nimble said I can’t refill the until 4/17. That means I run out of the drug before nimble will refill the RX. Screw that. I called my pharmacy direct and it’s ready for pickup today, 4/13/26. I have one capsule left. Nimble sucks! I refuse to give this disorganized mess of an app one cent in business. 2/26 update - this app still sucks. I got a message from the developers to contact them and it took me to a dead end. Two main issues. 1.) I can’t get all my RX’s to populate in the Nimble app. 2) Some of the 90 day RX’s in the app tell me I can’t fill them until 1 day before they run out. But if I manually enter the same RX on the phone with my pharmacy 10+ days before it expires, they will refill it and insurance will cover it up to 2 weeks before it runs out. Come on Nimble, get your act together! 1/25 update. This app continues to be remedial and frustrating. I can’t see the full dates on my existing RX’s and vaccination data is missing. Maybe the vaccine data is an RX issue. I contacted Nimble directly and they just don’t understand these simple questions. It’s an annoying app and support system. Previous update 11/24- LONG story but I have not been able to access the Nimble app for 3 months. Finally, I located the support email address for Nimble support. It turns out that my email address had not been added to my account by my new RX who are not IT savvy. Nimble support added my email and I got access to the app in 10 seconds. ### 1/5 — Junk *2026-04-08, version 26.178.1* This app has way too many issues and problems…just call your pharmacy and fill it that way…don’t waste your time on this ### 1/5 — Absolutely Worthless App *2026-04-04* Worthless and pointless app. Half your prescriptions don’t show up on the app. The other half say “your pharmacy does not support online refills for this prescription” and also does not tell you the date you last filled the prescription. Does not show you the quantity of the prescription either. It lists most prescriptions 4-5 times so you have 20-40 prescriptions you have to scroll through and try to figure out which one is which. And of course when you scroll way down and click on one and it isn’t the right one, when you hit the back button it takes you back to the top of the list so you have to scroll through them all again and figure out which one of the five you have or haven’t clicked on yet. No way this app truly has a 4.9 rating. They are definitely paying those shady companies for all those good reviews because this app is a joke. I would give it zero stars if I could. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with the prescription list. It says “well text you the number your pharmacy texted to”. Days later still nothing.
