It frequently freezes to the point I have to uninstall and reinstall it. Also the app hasn't been updated to support the new iPhones with larger screens. I paid $15 for an app that is worthless every time I need it most. Update this crap please. ### 3/5 — Keeps Freezing *2016-05-07* I don't know what it is, but since I purchased this app it has not worked properly. No matter if I shut it off, or reinstall it, it still won't work. I hope they come up with a fix for this with print capabilities and form access. ### 4/5 — Great when it worked. *2015-10-03* Mine has stopped working. It is the perfect field guide to have when out doing work with my local CERT team. ### 3/5 — Great App But Non Responsive *2015-08-15* I think this is a fantastic app. Has a lot of detailed information when it works. The problem that I have is that when I go to launch the app it doesn't respond. I have to delete it and re-install it. It has no glossary or acronym look up, no form information of any kind (ICS is very form heavy), no job aids that would help you in your section. It also does not reflect the new Intel section chief position or subdivisions. This app does not allow for printing or use in landscape mode. There is no native iPad version. Good try, but not ready for prime time in either the ICP or EOC. It requires further development to make it efficient and effective for our area. Is it possible for a contact email to be provided so that I could discuss/coordinate the development of this tool within the AIIMS ICS environment. Love it. ### 4/5 — Fantastic *2012-02-24* This a a great app especially for anyone at the ICS 300 or ICS 400 level. The tools are great and the list of forms and responsibilities is very detailed and easy to read. The only problem I have is that it is a "deep" app and some things are more difficult to find than others. (you have to dig a little.) Paid for both to no avail. App will not open. I’m using IPhone. 13. Very disappointed. I would like a full refund . Junk!!! Update: iOS says it slows down my iPhone and will not be supported in the next version. It's a basic reference guide about what people do. That's it. When I'm working, I don't need a description of my job, I need forms and checklists to DO the job. For the cost, I figured this would have that stuff. It doesn't. Waste of money for me. Update October 6, 2015: App doesn't work. Starts up but does not respond.
