## What is NineRole?

NineRole is a workforce-management app built for organizations with field, remote, and hybrid teams. Employees clock in and out with face verification, supervisors get live visibility into where their team is working, and HR keeps every attendance record, leave request, and timesheet in one place — without paperwork.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Face check-in / check-out — verify attendance with a quick selfie and a geo-tagged punch.
- Live location tracking — see distance covered, route taken and time on site during active shifts. Tracking only runs while you're on the clock, and a persistent notification keeps you informed whenever it's active.
- Leaves and approvals — apply for casual, sick or earned leave in seconds; approvers act with a single tap.
- Tasks and check-ins — log site visits, customer meetings or field jobs with photos and notes.
- Notifications — get notified about approvals, shift changes, announcements and policy updates.
- Multi-device security — every device that signs in needs admin approval, protecting your organization from unauthorized access.

BUILT FOR FIELD TEAMS

NineRole works on slow networks, queues actions when you're offline, and syncs them automatically when you're back online. Distance is shown in kilometres and speed in km/h, with clean charts for daily and weekly review.

Location and face data are collected only for attendance and visit verification, only during active work sessions, and are visible only to your employer's authorized administrators.
