Switch between Arabic to English and English to Arabic directly inside the study view using a toggle.

The Next button stays visible while a card is unrevealed, but activates only once you've seen the meaning, making the flow clearer for everyone including VoiceOver users.                                                             
VoiceOver now announces the app correctly as "ninety-nine Names" on your home screen.
