I click restore subscription and try to use super ninja features and it tells me I need to upgrade. So I go “upgrade” again even though I already upgraded and it says “you already have Superninja Standard”. Then why can’t I access super ninja standard features? Secondly the fact that I can't toggle between Ninja AI and Super Ninja at the press of a button is killing for me. I'm literally logging out and in just to use the regular mode. At $150 a month that should never be a problem. Otherwise you all are a complete ripoff. Fix that issue. I was using all of my daily limits every day improving my scripts. Once I purchased it and signed it it began refusing to make my scripts. I originally bought the pro and it is great! It has image creation and gives access to multiple AI models (gpt, Gemini, llama, etc…). Then I upgraded to Ultra, mostly to play with video creation. I don’t really care for that part but it does give me access to way, way more AI models. I’ll mess around with it a little more to see if I’m going to downgrade back to pro. Their new updates kept downgrading the NinjaAI and demanding users use SuperNinja until finally they phased the unlimited model out altogether. I’d been a long, long time paying subscriber, and I just canceled my subscription and deleted the app. Someone took Lightning in a Bottle and let it out so they could sell something mediocre in its place. Have to pay over 100$ a month for unlimited? That’s more than an unlimited phone bill along with high speed wifi combined. It’s garbage. Simple as that . Fails to route you to the right model, even after making setting selections and prompting. Their agentic model is a nightmare, as many are (why have something that runs off and does something independently if it has zero clue as to what it’s doing?). Also, it looks like they’re missing API calls throughout each conversation, so the models lose context immediately and forget what you’re talking about. This thing might cost less than an OpenAI or Anthropic subscription, but it also kind of blows. ### 1/5 — Do not give them your card information *2025-09-02* Do not give them your card information. Even after you cancel the membership, they will charge you every month. This is the third month. I’m being charged after canceling my membership.
