## What is Ninja by KeyNinja?

Ninja is the job app for the cleaners, key runners and maintenance contractors who work with KeyNinja.

Everything you need for the day is on one screen: what you're doing, where it is, when it has to be finished, and what it pays.

YOUR DAY
• Today's jobs in the order you'll do them, with the address, the finish-by time and the pay
• Tap a job for everything about the property — how to get in, the lock code, parking, Wi-Fi, rubbish, and any extra spaces like a pool or a BBQ
• Directions open straight into your maps app

DOING THE JOB
• A guided check walks you through the property so nothing gets missed
• The instruction appears on the camera at the moment you take each photo, so you never have to remember a list
• Before and after photos upload on their own — and keep trying if you lose signal, so you can leave the property without waiting
• Found a problem? Report it with a photo, on the spot, instead of ringing anyone

KEYS
• See which keys you're holding right now
• Record collecting a key, handing it to a guest, and returning it to base
• Everyone can see where a key is, so nobody has to ring around looking for it

GETTING PAID AND STAYING BOOKED
• What you've earned this week, job by job
• Set the days and hours you're available — as many separate blocks a day as you need
• Messages and job changes arrive as notifications

BUILT FOR THE PERSON DOING THE JOB
Big text, clear pictures, as few words as possible. Every screen assumes you're standing in a property with one hand full, not sitting at a desk.

YOU NEED A KEYNINJA ACCOUNT
Ninja is for contractors working with KeyNinja. You can sign up in the app and we'll be in touch — new accounts are checked before they're approved.

Want to look around first? Tap "Try the demo" on the sign-in screen. No account needed.
