One of the main reasons is because when I swipe to jump, slide, switch lanes, and especially when I try to turn it doesn’t work. Sometimes it will but most times it does not. Also it’s EXTREMELY annoying how you lose levels when you lose even ONE game. It’s poorly coded/programmed very laggy takes a lot of time to load and is very bad. Another very annoying thing is that you get almost NO warning when there is a projectile (ninja stars) or lightning bolts are coming at you. Extremely glitchy i.e when I try to pick up a power up I don’t get it. Overall this game is glitchy, laggy, poorly coded, annoying, and overall terrible. Cause I cannot play the game at all. I cannot get passed the load screen. Before that I would start playing a game and would instantly get kicked out of the game cause of a bad connection. My internet connection is and has been fine. I sent the tech support team a couple of emails and never got a response. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has issues with this game. I do like playing but if you don't want to respond and fix these issues I urge people to not download the game or just to get rid of it all together. I posted this comment a few days ago and still have not gotten a response. The game still will not load. I did like this game but now I'm done. Poor customer service and not a response from tech support. So I went back in and started another race. I tried to play but the game glitches so bad I was behind in the race, and kept on dying. This has to be one of the glitchiest video games I have ever played in my life! It's really frustrating and annoying! It's also really hard, the ninja is running so fast that when you swipe to turn, jump, or slide it's to late and you die. I would give this game zero stars if I could.😑 ( and I was always the same color...
