It’s so aggravating when I’m adding multiple types of things to cart and only the last item is there. I had 14 DTF transfers in my cart and then I went to add 2 blank hoodies and everything disappeared. At this point why bother. I only had one successful order. ### 3/5 — Shipping issues *2026-06-08, version 1.18.0* I’m really hoping they get a better handle on shipping. Shipping is very pricey on regular orders and it takes a couple of weeks. One of my orders that I paid $$$ for faster shipping got lost and was never received. For individuals doing business, this is not reliable for “when” you’ll get it…even the shipping details end up being wrong so you just never know when you’ll get it. ### 1/5 — PLEASE FIX THE APP *2026-05-23, version 1.17.0* Please ### 1/5 — App is garbage, transfers are great *2026-04-20* I hate everything about this app. It constantly glitches kicks you off, makes you restart, makes you sign repeatedly, and makes you verify that you're a human multiple times! It is nothing short of horrible and impossible to get anything done. All I wanted was for transfers with basically the same information just a different image and I’d have to re-create it every time and then when I would re-create the first one that I made would disappear took me days to try to do something.. I will say with a different project. Their shipping was phenomenal and fast and the quality is good but actually designing. It is a nightmare and I’ll never use them again. It could easily be solved by being able to save the image or go back and duplicated and edit it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another order. I paid top $$ for “guaranteed 2-day delivery” I’m on the fourth business day still no delivery. Highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Top Notch DTF Transfers *2026-07-26* I ordered my first batch of transfers from you guys a month ago for band merch and myself along with all the members in my band are extremely impressed with the quality of the final product. The designs heat pressed onto our shirts with ease and they look professional to say the least. The final finish looks like it’s part of the fabric and not the cheap vinyl that looks like it’s going to peal away after a few washes. Just put in another order for more plus sized shirts. My band Thus Spoke will be using Ninja DTF transfers for future designs.
