### 2/5 — Missing Some Key Device Details

*2026-06-14, version 3.13.1*

Key Details Devices need to show (which are currently missing):

1. Storage Drive Capacity / Utilization
2. Windows Version e.g. 22H2 (not just the build 19045)
3. Processor Make Model
4. Graphics Card Make / Model
5. Scripts need to be sorted Alphabetically

Please add these to the Device Details.

Devices / Organizations also need to be sorted Alphabetically.

Thanks!

### 2/5 — Really disappointing

*2026-05-17, version 3.13.0*

Ninja is an awesome platform but their mobile app is really underwhelming.

SSO support is totally broken on iOS, ticketing is unintuitive, search doesn’t work in 80% of searches.

Site and location management isn’t present.

Generally due for a full overhaul.

### 2/5 — Notifications never work

*2026-02-11, version 3.12.3*

I’m an MSP that uses this platform and this app is trash. I’ve opened so many tickets with them to figure out why the app continually signs out and forces me to log back in even within the four hour maximum period. And then notifications never ever work. I have to always be using my laptop or desktop to do anything with the website and customers.

### 2/5 — Nothing compared to the web

*2026-02-02, version 3.12.3*

Not expecting this to be as good, but this really needs a do over. I use NinjaOne daily and this app does not come close, everything from UI and what it’s capable of doing is abysmal, please add this to the road map and get it to a point where we can provide good support on the go if required!

### 2/5 — Constantly have to sign in.

*2025-06-07, version 3.11.6*

Would be really nice to have facial recognition with this app. I believe it’s doable but no one can tell me how. Please help!
Finally was able add audio notification so that, as a runner, I am notified as soon as a new run is posted. Had to have Apple help me with that though. My IT department didn’t know how to do it.
Anybody know how to activate “facial recognition “ on the iPhone (14)?

### 1/5 — Privacy rights

*2025-04-20*

This company has allowed someone access to my personal phone!!! In my phone analytics log I found NinjaOne- Google it and all the dots lined up as to why my passwords and phone number that are be had for 17 years had been used to open accounts and log into my bank account and emails…

### 4/5 — Love the App (apart from the login experience)

*2025-04-12, version 3.11.6*

Great app that has helped us while on the go.

I wished the login experience was better. We have to go through numerous screens to successfully login. The initial app login screen still returns you to a webpage where you need to enter your login credentials again, then you are directed to another screen to give app permissions to work offline.

Would love it if there was a way to access devices terminal/cmd/powersehll

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with authentication codes

*2025-04-03, version 3.11.6*

It will let me log in using SMS, which Ninja reminds you is less secure. But if I use MFA codes, it gives me an error. The app is totally unusable for me. Tech support has been working on fixing it for a month, supposedly.

### 1/5 — Action button gone

*2025-04-02, version 3.11.6*

Action button that helped remote in via phone is gone now, making the phone app literally useless.

### 1/5 — Nicht verwendbar

*2025-02-17, version 3.11.5*

Login mittels MFA nicht funktional. Leider dadurch nicht zu gebrauchen…

### 1/5 — MFA worked once

*2025-01-28, version 3.11.5*

Was good but haven’t been able to use it since 3 updates ago, desktop has no issue but logging in on mobile is impossible

### 1/5 — Buggy, false data

*2024-12-28, version 3.11.4*

False data example:
I see Threats Active (5), Blocked (2)
When I drill down, nothing is shown.

Threats
Quarantined (10)
When I drill down, nothing is shown.

The GROUPS filter “Doesn’t have AV managed by Ninja” shows many devices that in fact have AV managed by Ninja.

There are so many inaccurate/false data items, that it’s impossible to trust this app.

It is possible to send a reboot command, which is one of the few useful features.

I wish that Ninja would provide a major overhaul, that includes accurate data.

### 1/5 — MFA

*2024-12-23, version 3.11.4*

MFA is broken off and on with this app depending on the update. Cannot rely on it remotely from my iPhone or from my iPad - really disappointed, wanted to like this.

### 2/5 — Buggy

*2024-11-28, version 3.11.4*

Why do I need to put in code every time I open when I have Face ID setup? Also get a bug where on login I just get a green screen with no login and have to keep forcing app off. Frustrating.

### 2/5 — Broken scripting

*2024-11-22, version 3.11.3*

Scripts do not work at.

### 1/5 — Does not work anymore

*2024-11-11, version 3.11.3*

When trying to login you will be redirected to a external bowser that won’t you enter any info.

### 2/5 — Not useful at all

*2024-10-16, version 3.11.2*

While the core product is great the mobile app is awful. Just one example: all devices from different locations are dumped under the organization. You can not group devices and perform bulk action like running a script. Mobile app is more to use as an overview and there is no real functionality. I’m not sure what developers where thinking. Disappointed.

### 1/5 — Broken on iOS 18

*2024-10-06, version 3.11.2*

Fails to
Launch.

### 1/5 — Crashing on iOS 18

*2024-09-24, version 3.11.2*

Suddenly crashing on every launch as of new iOS 18. Deleted and reinstalled app to no avail.

### 1/5 — Scirpt ausführen nicht möglich

*2024-09-20, version 3.11.2*

Seit Monaten ist das ausführen von Scripts NICHT möglich. Grml

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with iPhone!

*2026-08-06, version 3.14.0*

What a horrible app this is! Why it works with iPad, but not working with iPhone!?

### 1/5 — Can’t sign in

*2026-07-31, version 3.14.0*

Will not allow signing in though Entrance

### 1/5 — Waiting for Better

*2026-07-15, version 3.13.1*

Love NinjaOne as an MSP. Hate it on an iPad. Only useable path is to open it in Safari and then go back to the app if you need to remote to a machine. The app fails miserably in comparison to the abilities on my MacBook Pro. Waiting for an update. Promised an update.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2026-04-30, version 3.13.0*

Pure garbage

### 1/5 — Login is a nightmare

*2026-04-16, version 3.13.0*

I truly don’t know how ninja can be so amazing yet can have one of the worst apps ever made. I’m not one to give a bad review, but two years of optimism that they would fix the broken login experience has finally given way to despair. Trying to use entra to logon - best case means you’re going to login every single time you open the app. Worst case after the latest update it’s just completely broken. The authenticator never calls back, rendering it completely unusable.

### 1/5 — Unable to sign in

*2026-03-13, version 3.12.3*

Unfortunately, due to an MFA issue with the app, I am unable to verify account in order to sign in. This was on iOS 26.3, using us2.ninjaone.com environment

### 1/5 — Keyboard issue

*2026-01-07, version 3.12.2*

Keyboard keeps popping up and gets in the way when trying to navigate since the last update. Also action and function key bar disappeared as well. Doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — Almost

*2025-10-03, version 3.12.2*

Pretty worthless if you use SSO. Wont stay logged in and if the wrong account is on the sso login screen, there’s no way to change it.

### 1/5 — Log In Every 20 Seconds

*2025-07-08, version 3.11.7*

Have to log in every 20 seconds… phone app is supposed to be “quick” otherwise I’d just be at my desktop!

### 1/5 — INUTILIZZABILE

*2025-07-03, version 3.11.7*

Dopo l’aggiornamento non consente più il login da App… Con le stesse credenziali invece l’accesso via web avviene senza problemi. In questo stato ad oggi è INUTILIZZABILE !

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Very handy

*2023-11-24, version 3.9.3*

I use on a mac every day. I hate the new update where the remote control options spread across the screen left to right instead of up and down, but good app over all. I wish there was a way to hide the teamviewer welcome opening screen, but that's not a ninja issue i don't think

### 5/5 — En net progrès

*2022-09-17, version 3.5*

L’intégration, le ticket il est un vrai plus, cette application est très pratique aussi. Bien sûr iOS iPadOS ou macOS.

Chapeau, continuez comme ça !

### 5/5 — Phone App

*2022-05-07, version 2.4*

Does exactly what I would expect. Missing some of the more advanced tasks, but it’s a mobile app. Realistically I want to see if my servers are up, and remote into a device when I’m away from a computer.

### 5/5 — Sehr gut

*2021-11-24, version 2.4*

vielen Dank für das tolle Werkzeug. Top

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2021-04-08, version 2.0.35*

One of the best!

### 5/5 — The best for your money and time!!

*2019-12-05, version 1.1.2*

I have been using the NinjaRMM for several months now. I have not been disappointed whatsoever in the product as it is very reliable. As an MSP, we are always busy multitasking and it’s so nice to have an RM that does his job in the monitoring and patching. Love the real live updates for the workstations and Servers. There is nothing really to dislike about NinjaRMM. I would like to suggest that within the app that there are more options to do things as you can in the web interface.I have been able to focus on bigger task without having to worry about patching and network connectivity loss. To get notified immediately when a server is off-line is exactly what I need. Not to mention the amount of smooth selling our clients receive. The positive comments coming back from our clients is enough for us to stay with Ninja.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2019-11-20, version 1.1.2*

I love it, works as expected and lets me watch progress of updates, see alerts and remote into the machines we manage. I personally have not had any issues but from what I can see from some others they respond and repair the issues quickly.

### 5/5 — Great for monitoring enterprise environment

*2019-11-08, version 1.1.1*

I really like this app because it gives me the ability to monitor my patch deployments as well as my devices from anywhere. Its great because I run patches on the weekend and its nice to follow the progress without needing to get out my laptop.

I hope they introduce more functionality in the future so I can scan and deploy patches from the app as well.

### 5/5 — Great addition to great solution!

*2019-11-01, version 1.1.1*

The iPhone app has been a great addition to what NinjaRMM has to offer. It’s nice to have a snapshot view of what’s going on when out of the office.

### 5/5 — Best mobile RMM app

*2019-10-25, version 1.1.1*

After checking out many other RMMs, we settled on Ninja a while back. It is super easy to use and understand and it does what it says it can do, most have false promises. Being an Apple and mobile first IT company, having an iOS app to be able to assist our customers is key! They really knocked it out of the park with this FIRST version. It is easily better than others on the market. Perfect no, but better absolutely. Idk why these other guys are giving it negative reviews because this app makes your life better.
