Currently hard to use and difficult to even get to a chart up and going without having to spend time on learning the platform just like its Desktop app. Workspace from mobile to desktop and vice versa for a seamless would be expected in the near future since this is an amazing brokerage/ charting platform. Other than that. Thank you for a solid starting point and allowing me to learn the trades with accurate data and desktop charting tools and indicators. Just hoping for a more robust app that would make it easier to trade from my phone with great charts and tools and execution. Five starts when updated for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯🙏 ### 2/5 — Please fix it *2024-12-18* When the app is open and the screen locks, and you go back into the app, it switches your account to the live account when you really meant to be on the demo account. So you could mistakenly make a trade in your live account. Also, when switching to the demo account or between two accounts, the app just goes black and freezes. Have to close out and open again. I will not use this app for live trading until these issues are fixed. **Developer response:** Hey, there - thank you for this feedback. We will be sure to pass your note along to our product development team as well. ### 1/5 — Quite possibly the worst trading app ever made *2024-11-29* Hopefully they read this and add functionality for adding levels/zones, or just being able to draw anything in general. There are constant pop ups and alerts that you can’t turn off and they are very very annoying. Truth be told I question the purpose of this app and this company in general. I don’t believe it’s to help retail traders succeed. They wouldn’t allow this app to exist if that were the case. There’s also the way they handle accounts with prop firms, some risk management features that are available for personal accounts aren’t for funded companies for whatever reason, it’s fishy. My advice to NT would be to take a page out of motivewave’s book…make it a duplicate of the desktop version. But my advise to anyone reading this far is to turn around and run as far as you can in the other direction. **Developer response:** Hey, there - thank you for this feedback. You are unable to adjust your charts, change them, customize or even view charts on this app. What is the point of a mobile trading app if you can’t even view charts on the securities /derivatives you’re trading? The only thing more frustrating than using this app is the generic response that seems to be copy and pasted into EVERY single review critical of this app going back to last year: ‘ Hey, there - thank you for this feedback. We're working hard to bring consistent updates and improvements to the app. Your suggestions like this are very helpful. We will pass your comments along to our product development team as well. ‘ Being able to trade on a mobile device is very important when you are on the go so issues like this are a make or break given the sheer number of brokers available. ### 1/5 — Worst platform ever *2024-09-11* This is the worst platform I have ever used in my life. It does not let you withdraw your balance, barely you can’t trade on anything and when you go on life chat they connect you to a live agent you wait for way too long at the end the chat ends without helping you. ### 1/5 — Whats the purpose of this app? *2024-08-20* The picture that are displayed in the app store are misleading and honestly a lie. There are no charts, only small line graphs on a markets list view. If you are looking to actually trade from your mobile device, this will not work. This app would more so serve the only purpose as account management and closing trades while not at computer. Making informed decisions to enter trades would not really be possible given the lack of information this app doesnt bring. I think marketing pictures of the app than having the app look nothing like that might be a violation of Apples terms honestly. If you bounce out of the app and then back in you can not change X axis. Additionally when you set up a stop loss the arrow buttons to move up/down are so small to press, it’s impossible to move quickly during a good running profit trade. There is no bar counter for your charts nor any way to add trend lines. Unless they make some refreshing updates, I wouldn’t use NinjaTrader at this time. The charts are weird, you need a subscription to trade (when they say “pay as you trade with no monthly fee, which is a lie), and the signup process was annoying. I should’ve listen to the other comments. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I wasted 2 days just to be told i need to have a subscription to trade, after jumping through hoops JUST TO GET THE ACCOUNT. I never write reviews, so you know this was a bad experience if I’m taking the time out of my day to write this.
