### 3/5 — App Content vs App Functionality

I love the content and listen to it daily. The host and content are 5 star. I enjoy the diversity of the guests, and the relevant topics. The app tech functionality is frustrating.  When I minimize the window, the audio shuts off. In other words, you can’t play the content in the background while scrolling for other things. It also fails to restart audio after a phone call.  The website player does allow you to minimize the window, and it will usually start replay after the call ends. However, the website player often forgets where I left off in the program, and often forces you to restart the podcast .  Adding an  audio playback speed control on the app player would be useful  when trying to zip through several episodes.  This is available on the website player. But a nice upgrade for the app functionality would allow audio to continue to play in the background, with the app window minimized.

This is the  only talk show that I watch that I have no idea of what the month and day  is that presently on. 
I desire to watch each one of the  episodes of Ninos but I can't because the date  is not on every one of the episodes .  
I BEG you, Nino, please start putting the day of each episode or show or whatever you call it, when you have a discussion with a guest, such as Juan O'Savin , or the ghost or whomever. 
Or explain in your app in the AppStore  why you don't put the  day of the program on each episode . 
It would be GREATLY APPRECIATED !
Also,  sometimes I cannot even get  in your app to watch whatever show is playing at any  time .

Love the show, but every time I try to use this app, it will not let me login with my username and password and basically because there’s no way to actually reset anything.

Can’t log in. There is no “contact us”, a way to change payment methods, no main menu. Just being kicked out every time I try to log in.

I have logged in with my correct login and password and it brings it up. I go to look for today’s or whatever day story and it keeps telling me to login. I’m not able to see the stories or podcast and there is nowhere to get in touch with hispage to let him know that you can’t login but yet you’ve got a membership to be able to listen to his podcast
