I know the price has jumped up, and yet the app still says 3.99 and has charged me. Can someone fix the issue. I’m able to listen for a few days and then the sound goes away as if I didn’t pay for it. Just took my payment out on the 16TH of September and it already won’t let me listen to sound on the 19. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and ending my subscription and renewing my subscription but still the same thing. I desire to watch each one of the episodes of Ninos but I can't because the date is not on every one of the episodes . I BEG you, Nino, please start putting the day of each episode or show or whatever you call it, when you have a discussion with a guest, such as Juan O'Savin , or the ghost or whomever. Or explain in your app in the AppStore why you don't put the day of the program on each episode . It would be GREATLY APPRECIATED ! Also, sometimes I cannot even get in your app to watch whatever show is playing at any time . ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Been working fine for me *2023-01-28* I’m not sure what was going on with other peoples reviews but figured I’d add a review since my experience has been very good. I’ve only had it a couple weeks or so but I’ve watched several videos so far and have had zero issues. I’m not sure if it’s my phone or just how the app is set up where I don’t see a discussion or comment area (I thought I’d heard there was), but it would be nice to leave comments or questions. The quality of vids has been as good as YouTube or any other video. Sometimes it’ll pause but it’s when I’m in a bad signal area that pauses YouTube vids also, so maybe that’s the other reviewers issues. It’s very easy to use, I have zero complaints and I’m happy with it, other than it would be nice to do a comment thing but I’m sure there’s reasons there’s not or I can’t find it 🤷🏼‍♀️. ### 5/5 — Love it *2022-03-24* The app is great so far. I have problems all the time trying to get in. I would hate to miss any episodes. ### 3/5 — App Content vs App Functionality *2026-08-11* I love the content and listen to it daily. The host and content are 5 star. I enjoy the diversity of the guests, and the relevant topics. The app tech functionality is frustrating. When I minimize the window, the audio shuts off. In other words, you can’t play the content in the background while scrolling for other things. It also fails to restart audio after a phone call. The website player does allow you to minimize the window, and it will usually start replay after the call ends. However, the website player often forgets where I left off in the program, and often forces you to restart the podcast . Adding an audio playback speed control on the app player would be useful when trying to zip through several episodes. This is available on the website player. But a nice upgrade for the app functionality would allow audio to continue to play in the background, with the app window minimized. ### 3/5 — Logged out *2025-01-03* Can’t log in. There is no “contact us”, a way to change payment methods, no main menu. Just being kicked out every time I try to log in. ### 3/5 — Frustrating! *2023-10-08* Keep getting my membership cancelled.
