But ever since I’ve switched to my iPhone, it just freezes on the loading screen and I can’t do anything. Because of that, I cannot use the app to find the lynels/gloom I'm missing, as it marks the categories as "100%" completed. Its a great function! Just with some glaring issues ### 3/5 — Good app, but *2026-07-22, version 3.4.1* I mean, it’s fun to be able to upload videos, but you have to have Nintendo switch 2 edition which costs like an extra $70. I wish it didn’t do that and it only lets you do stuff with Zelda and splatoon. There’s no other games to record data and stuff with. Just some thing I’d recommend be fixed, but I LOVE the picture and video upload feature. When I first opened my Switch, the charger itself was fine, but the actual charging port on the console was already half-broken right out of the box. I didn't think much of it at the time and figured it would be fine, but now it has completely given out and the Switch will no longer charge at all. When I reached out to their customer support team for help, I got absolutely nowhere. I received zero helpful assistance, no real solutions, and was basically left completely on my own. Because they refused to actually help me resolve the issue or take responsibility for sending a defective console, I am now stuck with a completely dead, useless piece of plastic that I can no longer use. It is ridiculous that a company this massive cares so little about its community once they already have your money.
